Not a full-fledged reboot but Hot in Cleveland had a lot of similarities and it was okay. Plus Betty White was in that too.

The scene where Rose has her first birthday after her husband Charlie's death was an absolute gutpunch and left me sobbing. Betty White was an amazing actress.

💜 Enjoyed your reactions! I was 13 years-old when The Golden Girls premiered on television and never missed an episepisode. They really pushed the boundaries back in the '80s and we loved it.

See I just stared watching this on Hulu a while ago (I’m 19) and I’ve loved it but it definitely made me wonder how people would say oh tv used to be so innocent back then cause lord knows some of those jokes got me🤭😂

@@jamiwright6136 There was nothing innocent about the '80s. That's why it's called The Decade of Decadence. Today's television shows are sterilized & self-righteous for fear of offending anyone. Television shows in the '80s pushed the boundaries with hopes of offending everyone. No apologies, no regrets.

Fresh Prince, Family Matters, Full House and Golden Girls were some of the best shows of the 80s-90s. Comedy was great back then. Now...do we even have comedy shows anymore?

The Golden Girls is one of the best sitcoms in history. The outstanding "outside-the-box" writing combined with the incredible talent of those 4 ladies provided more than ample ingredients for a hit show.

comedy of the late 70's into early 80's were the best. I could only enjoy a small handful of 90's and the current lineup of 2000-2022 so called comedy does not even compare.

I needed subtitles to understand the guy, but even the subtitles couldn't understand him. People who aren't from your country have no idea what you are saying, you have a strong accent, mumble everything and use slang non-Americans don't understand, please speak more clearly.
