I think the entire show is awesome, but for some weird reason I feel like season 3 is my least favorite. Doesn’t matter though, because it’s like saying cookies are my least favorite dessert. 😁Still gonna eat and thoroughly enjoy.
Same. I think it's cause of irl stuff. I guess I got used to afterlife format and having them be alive didn't click as much. I wanted them to be in the know. I live the second half of the season but first part was OK, not bad just not for me
On the one hand, yes Chidi’s talk was surprisingly decisive! On the other hand, Chidi is confident in a lot of the knowledge he has. That’s why he was so excited to teach Eleanor about philosophy (at least for a while). As we’ve seen, these characters are complex, which is why Eleanor being lovable or sometimes good doesn’t actually negate the harder edges of her personality. Also, for example, Tahani being obnoxious doesn’t make her terrible. She might be more self-deluded than Eleanor, but Eleanor’s seemingly small acts of rudeness and selfishness may very well have hurt more people than Tahani’s passive aggressiveness. Then again, maybe not! It’s just Eleanor’s callousness, while understandable, often seems dismissed as vaguely inconvenient as opposed to Tahani’s elitism, even though we’ve mostly just seen Tahani’s behavior harm Eleanor.
