I love Kevin’s elimination. Not because I wanted him gone but because he acknowledged Ramsay was correct in his assessment which is a rare gem in HK history.
@@pussdesttoyer17 I disagree, both Kevin and Dave are talented cooks and Dave deserved the win. Dave was never nominated for elimination and I can't remember if Kevin was too, but I know for sure that Dave was never nominated. Both of them had great leadership skills. Dave 100% fought for his win, not because of his injury but because of his cooking skills
@@pussdesttoyer17Both of him and Dave got injured, Kevin on his leg and Dave on his arm. This is why the final 2 of Season 6 is the GOAT as both of them got injured at the same day but both of them are still fighting hard and never get nominated on elimination at once. But, Dave is going through pain a lot for weeks while Kevin is slightly getting recovered as you can see he started walking normally again on Black Jacket
I can’t even imagine how Jen’s business is going. If she’s yelling like that to the head chef and her colleagues, I can’t even imagine how she yells at her workers/employees
It's quite fascinating to see what happens to a chef who has had a lot of success outside of the competition come back. Very very difficult to start back at the bottom for some people.
It's difficult for anyone in that situation to go back and work as a team member. I didn't really follow this series when it was on TV so I have no idea how long ago it was when these episodes were filmed, but if they have all gone on to their own individual success it is very hard to go back to basics again. They probably have others working in their businesses who do all the donkey work now.
see i think she thought by coming back, Ramsay was going to treat them differently than the first time she was there. like since they were vets, they would be seen on a higher level and treated more like Sous chefs than contestants. So she admitted to her mistake at first because she thought that would be the end of it, then he went on like normal and she felt like her expectations were shattered. thats the only reason i can think of to explain it
@@daddysnake5250 if u see it again more closely, then the reason why she acted that way was cuz she thought that Gordon had thrown the garnish in the dustbin underneath the counter and was trying to sabotage her. Her problem is that she assumes everything and doesn't stop to think of what really happened.
I remember that she once said she regrets coming back because she was in a bad place after losing her life savings, so it kind of explains why she was a disaster this time around
19:38 Gordon: I'm not gonna swear in front of those fxcking kids. Marino: Ummm..... Chef? Are you sure about that? His reaction made him clearly an undisputed champ of the night.
You can tell the love he has with is daughter when she's sanding beside him and all he can do is smile and you can see he's alittle nervous when she's saying thank you
I feel bad for Jen’s family and employees. Her inability to appreciate and respect the opportunity she was given. Instead, she made a mistake and look how she responded. She pointed her finger and cried disrespect. 🥺 Hope she doesn’t carry that behavior over to parenting and relationships. Prayers for all that interact with her.
@FuseXp She blatantly made a mistake and out of refusal to take accountability for it she started taking it out on Gordon and lying to cover her own ass. She doesn’t deserve your understanding.
@@juanentertainsyou1984 Expect the issue is that Gordon only got disrespectful after she started arguing back and trying to claim that Gordon is clowning her. She first tried to argue she gave enough, then Gordon proved to her that she didnt, she literally admitted to it as well "Oh, you need more" and then when Gordon called her out for talking back and arguing, she started to mouth off and try to play it as if Gordon was sabotaging her work and she kept going with it. If your teacher says you didnt do all your homework when you only did half and you start arguing that you did all of it, they aint gonna be teaching you anything but the some hard reality and how it works, just because you believe something doesnt make it so, especially when facts say otherwise and if you keep arguing againts proven facts that you admit are correct, you deserve to be disrespected since your delusional and need to be brought back to reality and quick, for yours and everyone else's sake
Ahh.... You're not seeing it. I bet she took advantage of what she believes is a golden opportunity. There are hordes of haters of Gordon. If she is in one of those communities think of the business she could get from them all just by being the girl who told off Gordon. And then.... Her food doesn't have to be executed on his kind of level because they're all there for the statement and the gimmick. The food could suck and they're still going to say it's better than his just to spite him. She might not end up with any stars or awards but she will still a bigger house and nicer cars than most if us.... That's what she's thinking. Her family was probably cheering her on. The might come from a culture of people that don't like his type.....you know.... English
Tilly: Dad Don't swear at them Gordon: I won''t! Gordon 2 milliseconds later: I'm not going to fucking swear in front of the fucking kids now Marino's Facial Expression: *_Mission failed successfully_*
When his daughter said, I’m glad you could all make it, I don’t know if she was talking to the guests or if she was telling the chef, she was glad they could make it to the end. Lol.
For me this season. Kevin`s elimination that early in the series was something i never saw. like season 6 was the best season overall and he and dave went all the way to the finals with an injury and they were a beast of a duo. but we can be happy that ariel won this season. this is just me but it would have been a real feel good hells kitchen moment if kevin returned to help ariel and dave was either the special guest or just in the dinner seeing ariel handling the pass.
Dave to me is probably the saddest story to ever come out of Hell's Kitchen. I honestly thought he would become a regular for the franchise. Probably one of the best chefs to ever come out of that show. And to hear how he got treated afterwards was just unfair. If he had won any other season where the prize was under Ramsay, I wonder how he would've turned out.
Jen is so annoying. She knew she didn't make enough, admitted that he "needed more," then accuses Gordon of clowning her because she didn't want to be embarrassed for messing up in front of the team.
The funny part is 3:08 Scott's Tableside. Chef Ramsay: "Hey Donut!" Scott: "Tableside" Chef Ramsay: "Are you Real? Your name is Scott, Scotley is doing Tableside" 😂😆🤣🤣🤣🤣 and the bad part 6:53 Jen (Veteran) trying sabotage Chef Ramsay because of Duck Garnish. 15:57 Trev's Missing Ingredient is Haliburt same with Season 8 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 19:00 Chef Ramsay's Daughter Tilly 16th Birthday celebration 🎂 Blue Team Lost 👎💙 Red Team Wins 👍❤️🎉👏 Thank you for sharing Chef Ramsay and Hell's Kitchen.
Regarding the way Jen went out, i have a theory.. Almost every season had a secret challenge where Gordon would have his people sabotage the contestants' food. They wouldn't be told that's what's happening. But if they saw sabotage and called it out, that would win them points. I truly believe Jen thought that's what was happening that day. Saying that however, the moment she was told that's not what's happening she should have apologised and got back to work. But let's face it, her attitude was an ongoing issue this season. So i wasn't sad to see her go. Especially since no one did sabotage her, her food just sucked.
They do that way after for the black jackets too see if they can tell the difference. Hes not gonna do it this early. Jen just messed up, and instead of owning up to it, she had a total meltdown
12:05 CHRIS does have a valid point here, FISH STATION Is NOT Responsible For Cooking PORK, PORK Is The Responsibility Of The MEAT STATION And CHRIS calls Gordon Ramsay "THE LITTLE F***" For Putting The Pork Chop In The Fish Station's Over
