Funny how the State wants to hold ME accountable for my (perceived) mistakes, *yet the government refuses to hold THEMSELVES accountable when THEY screw up...*

Courts were made for one reason , to make money , for them courts are good for one thing to make their employees rich , to help ruin some ones life , same reason foc puts men in jail come on you go to jail for having kids I would have never had kids , having kids screwed me , now I am working foc comes in takes 350 a week from me and now I can't afford my own place how does foc ruins mens life's couple shouldn't have kids if they were not staying together for ever , look my girl at time came to me wanted to have another kid I told her no because first of all we moved into our own place it's been over 7 months and we haven't had sex she not happy she treats me bad I woork 12 days 7 days a week to provide so I told her no baby so she said if you change your mind we can get married so I did , not ev n a year later she wanted me to move out now c I made rite choice when I told her no , remember we didn't have sex was she already pregnant , ain't that fucked up life I wanted my wife my kids this was my life dream not ounce was she behind me like couple should instead total opposite that ain't wrong put foc in it to finish me off foc was put in place for one reason to hurt people then they will put you in the hole say 50,000 holy shit kinda sounds like my ex wife went to school at school of foc seems like foc put you in jail put you in the hole 50,000 Dollars when it anything they should help a person get them a job or how about if your gonna ruin a person life how about make sure they can't reproduce , it's to keep a person down foc is wrong be able take people's freedom put them in jail were corrections officers treat people badley locked up in a cell 20 hours out of a 24 hour day that is how they treat murders , so you might as well kill someone getting same treatment killers get one thing government got a machine that prints money ok there should never be a shortage on money make some money for us give whole world a million a new house new car only get to live ounce make sure most of us live; n hell

Attorney rights preliminary hearing rights speedy trial rights violated. A right to appeal and A right to hire and fire a Attorney. A Writ of habeas corpus should have never been suspended. Due process violation.

What about being held without bond for almost 2 years and your charges were dismissed?

My adopted dad and adopted brother attacked me and blocked the exits I was forced to defend myself and wrongfully incarcerated for over 400 days and 28 months probation
@j.d.jdthinktankersorg.asa.4237
For better clarity review Nelson V. Colorado...Double jeopardy is not allowed... once the case is reversed with [Harmful Errors and dismissed by the District Court ... that in itself declares the past defendant a petitioner and fully exonerated with a statute in their name showing affirmative & and case law.... it's not only about medical or lost wages... the record must also be sealed to avoid complications with renting or consideration of new employment.... remember this is a very unjust thing to do to anyone... separated from family and friends. Then sent to prison without any real guilt.... words cannot describe... please don't let these individuals be forgotten...it's the worst case scenario... sincerely, JD

Wonder how many of the death penalty cases were innocent? …. If any families should be compensated.
