This is Part 4 of the big one!!! Bicolline 2023: The Grand Battle of Bicolline. This is the largest battle of the week at Bicolline. It consists of a few different parts. The first two parts take place on the Battle Plains. This 3rd part will take place all throughout the entire forest of Bicolline! My group splits off and goes on a secret mission behind the enemy to take an objective! We begin this episode hiding at this secret objective. Each side is given either a yellow or a blue armband to help identify what side each person is on. My side is given blue armbands. Feel free to comment and ask me any questions you want! Thank you!!!! I have really been trying to work on reading the battles a lot more since next year I want to be in military leadership next year! Its amazing how many people even myself get tunnel vision when on the line!

Thanks brother! I had never larped before going to Bicolline and I think its one of the best places to go to try larp for your first time!

This, to me, seems to be more of a hybrid of larp and AMTgard/belegarth. I could be wrong. But I was under the impression that larp was all storyline driven with predetermined outcomes and little to no actual physical impact in combat. In this it seems you can get a lot more physical in battle and the outcome is determined by the skill and coordination of the players involved. Again I could be wrong. I personally have done AMTgard for a few years. And we used to have a local Belegarth group. But I have never larped, only have seen videos. I plan on getting back into AMTgard at my local park though if I have the opportunity.

@@TallianAdventures It seems you upgraded from saying your enemies (UPIR and their allies, which I am apart of) were rebels to just saying they’re your enemies. You’re still a soldier in the force that invaded us, but you’re respectful. Now, you just need to tell your viewers that you were, at the time, invading Kafe and that’ll satisfy me on the side of saying the truth.

@@TallianAdventures Just say in the next video something akin to this: "Before we could catch them in the empire or in Berkwald, the rebel army fled and gained support from Pays de Kafe. So we were in fact not only fighting the rebels that fled Empire and Berkwald, but also fighting the armies of Kafe and their allies, all under the banner of the UPIR Kafian guild." Its simply that not everybody you were fighting were in rebellion against those you faught under, but there were some rebels in our forces. I think its important the viewers know that little nuance.

@@robinst-pierre9600 If you want to type up a synopsis of the battle and the reasons why it was fought i have no problem putting it in my description. I would actually love to have more info on the battles but the vast majority of people who watch this dont even know the name Bicolline.

After several days of running from the forces led by the UPIR (Union Paysanne Inclusive Révolutionnaire) guild and a bloody battle in the Kafian plains, Chevauchée des Couronnés had an extensive campaign opposing them and the forces of the army led by UPIR (including anti-Berkwald rebels, anti-Empire rebels, ainti-monarchists, Kafe, Irendille, Carcosa and several other regions) with multiple objectives to hold, leading them to fight in a diverse set of terrains up against a force who had either the will to fight against bad nobles, a homeland to defend or just received an invitation from Kafe to fight against a common enemy.

There are rules for weapon lengths, but also a sword that long would basically just be a spear with an uncomfortably short handle

Funny you noticed that! I have carried a single handed sword on my belt for the last two years and never used it! It always got in the way if I tried laying down dead. Then on the first battle I don't bring one I have anl need for it!

@@TallianAdventures my solution to that is a ring holster, it can adjust to your position, and you can draw and holster your side arm way faster.

Do you speak English? I only speak a tiny tiny amount of French so you absolutely do not need to know French to have a great time!
