You can't rate this year's d-line by last year's stats. There's been a 50% turnover on the d-line.

I mean, technically they are the best team. It’s just the coach that folds in the big games. The team has got us there no problem, but they have to listen to the one calling the plays so probably 75% coach 25% on the players when it comes to that the players have no problem performing on the field

Nobody talks about this management group looking more at height weight speed ober than actual ability and skill. Thays why so many of their first round hit being misses and the later rounds being hits or contributing.

Now the Ricky Persall pick doesn’t make sense, when they still have Deebo, Ayiuk, Juan Jennings with the addition Cowing in the draft as well. I would have liked them to take best available O linemen and if not at that spot then trade down

So if they sign aiyuk they wont have money for purdy? At some point they have to run out of cap space if they pay every single player top dollar. So im sincerely curious

I agree with the speaking out on social media by players imo it comes off as being immature. I love BA and I get that it's a way of forcing the 49ers hand but it gets old quick. I get he's upset or whatever it might be but if your working for a fortune 500 and take to social media your most likely being exiled so idk man it just rubs me the wrong way but to each their own.

So, if the 9ers are a run-first team, why pay the QB 50+ million annually?

So, maybe it will be Brock Purdy that will fall on his sword, and give the 49ers a "team friendly" deal? Perhaps Brock will take less, and allow the 49ers enough money to keep Aiyuk? Like Purdy taking 55 million a year, instead of 65 million a year?

I think giving BA this deal will create fiction throughout the organization and I understand value has a part to it but how is a guy getting 28 million compared to an offensive player they put the load on at 16 these next 2 year, then 19 the following 2 years. It’s total disrespect on that player because the offensive player of the year totally changes the offense while BA clearly doesn’t. He’s good but he ain’t dynamic like Deebo, a beast in the trenches like Williams or a man loving to block and getting the team culture going like Kittle. I think the true block Purdy will come once CMC and Deebo leave once he gets paid. Man… if Niners don’t win this year, they’ll go back to be barely making playoffs with Purdys 60 and BAs 28 equals overrated from a loaded team plus BA wanting the bread shows he’s all about me.
