A new graphic novel from a western Washington-based illustrator is shining a light on identity, bullying, and the messy process of learning to be comfortable in your own skin.
The book-titled ‘Fake Chinese Sounds’-is now available. It’s a picture book that took approximately 7 years to write and illustrate.
Anchor Steve McCarron talked with the book’s illustrator Jing Jing Tsong about her inspiration for the project.
