Many people including myself have been comparing his playstyle to a mix of Kyler and Mahomes for like a year or so

I'm a die hard bears fan too.....and honestly I think I'd stick with Justin. Go look at the number 1 overall pick at qbs over the last 10 years....there's like 2 that actually hit. The whole get a qb on a rookie deal has not worked out for any team. The team around the qb is way more important. Look at the 49ers right now....Purdy is good but he's not a all time great...that team around him is phenomenal. Put Purdy on the bears and that turns into a horrible situation. The only way it works out with a bad team is when you land one of those all time great quaterbacks...like an aaron rodgers...but chances of that are Astronomically low. You can put a shit qb around a good team and win a superbowl..look back in the day with the ravens...or the bears w grossman...there's plenty of examples.

@@corytrevor7313 There must be something bears fans are seeing that keep bringing up this 1st pick qb talking point. True there's been some clear misses like Jaemis and Baker. But the last time a qb class like this came through was 2020 and Burrow went #1 followed by Herbert, Tua, Love, and Hurts. Feel like the bears would be crazy not to get a guy early this year. I'd also push back on the "rookie deal hasn't worked," Burrow has already been to a superbowl, they lost but if your metric is strictly winning a superbowl then good luck finding the next McVay with a veteran 1st overall qb to come to Chicago.

Giants make a ton of sense, Daboll did tremendous work with Allen who despite being a different built had similar aspects of his game to work on. Him and Kafka should be able to get Caleb hemmed in and maximize his potential. I'm a Patriots fan but you're overrating the landing spot for young QBs
