6 Thai chilis
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Zest of 1 lemon
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp salt
1 black pepper
Broil bell peppers and onion in high for 10 min. Then blend all the ingredients.
