This beautiful HO scale layout is set in the 1950's steam to diesel transition era. Pete Walton's creation features several different railroads that plied the Midwest such as the IC, C&NW, Milwaukee Road, CB&Q, and the GM&O, just to name a few. The railroad runs through a generic Midwestern setting including urban, industrial, and waterways. Sit back and enjoy the ride!

Love the balance of features in this layout. Not too heavy on any particular environment. Looks very natural. And your cab ride is done at a pace which allows the viewer to drink in everything from scenery to the trackage. Among the best three cab ride videos I've seen on RU-vid. About to watch it again from the start.

Love the video and the lay out is fantastic. It has an unkempt look to it that is so natural but the rocks need to be swept out of the road.

Fantastic! The last time I saw this layout, you were showing someone around it. This is the first time I've seen it from this perspective. I didn't recognise it until I saw Crazy Horse Mountain.
