79th Florida Model Train Show & Sale Event hosted by Golden Spike Enterprises on January 14th, 2023. As can be expected a large portion of the layouts were returnees from years prior. However, there were 6 new layouts on display with the others.

Focus, depth of field

Yeah I’m not very happy with my cameras focusing ability. Only focus’ on a small area and the autofocus is very distracting. I’m hoping to get a better camera in the future so these kinds of things don’t happen.

I have a little Bachmann Dockside 0-4-0 Sante Fe Switcher, and a plethora of old rolling stock. My dad has a Santa Fe F9a, and one of his Grandfather’s American Flyer steam locomotives. Cool thing is, the switcher is a live steam! I remember when we first ran it, my dad pulled out this little bottle and put a few drops into the chimney. Boy was I excited when that little thing ran around our oval, puffing along!

That sounds like quite the collection! I know some of those American flyer engines are hard to come by.
