The thing that makes Leo a great leader isn't because he's strong. He's a great leader, because he makes others stronger. He knows how to keep his brothers together and focused, whether it's controlling Raph's anger, keeping Donnie from becoming too obsessed with his inventions, or making sure Mikey doesn't do anything stupid. The turtles work so well together, because they have the right guy leading the pack.
Who Do You Guys Think Is The Number 1 Turtle Between Leo 🐢💙And Raph 🐢❤️ Do You Think Raph Can Beat Leo In A Real Fight Who Do You Guys Think Is Going To Win Would You Guys Say Leo Or Raph Would Win
30:28 “I'm granting you one last chance to do the right thing, Karai. Don't waste it...Oh and Karai...STAY AWAY FROM MY FAMILY!" That’s gotta be my favorite quote from Leo. Turtle is a bad ass
18:54 Mikey: Dudes it's like we cleared a video game on easy. Leo: Mikey if Master Splinter taught us anything is that real combat is not like a video game. Donnie:......Hey Coins! me: XD Omg Donnie right on time.
Now Leo has always been my favorite. But, for some reason I could never figure out why. I guess it's because of how spiritual he is, how he overcomes challenges, sharing his wisdom, coming up with certain strategies, being the smoothest fighter out of everybody, having the heart of a warrior, and last but not least always being reminded on how much he really cares about his brothers. Maybe that's why Master Splinter selected Leo to be leader.
I grew up with the 2012 leo and I was like 7 when I first saw that tmnt and he was my favorite only because my favorite color was blue I like him for other reasons now but that was my main reason back then
I feel like Leonardo was my sister's favorite because he was the blue one. They called him and blue's our favorite color he's my favorite for that but much more of course.
2003 Leonardo was so cool and so is 2012 Leonardo if only they did a crossover that would've been awesome and so shell shocking to fans Even The Classic Leonardo was one unique gem
4:19 What a badass line and entrance 19:26 Leo is shaming shredder, not just personally, but because what shredder did was genuinely inhuman, killing his best friend and brother over a woman, even calling him by his real name, just to show how messed up he was. 14:59 I guess a positive to 2003 being more serious is that his childish and teen moments stand out more and are very funny since we rarely see him act like that, well, until "fast forward" and "back to the sewers"
I love how a lot of these quotes echo each other. Like Leo conquering his fears or dealing with Karai Don’t know if it was intentional, but it’s appreciated
It’s only edgy Raph diehards that get mad at that or fools that don’t recognize a great scene, a leader’s supposed to recognize the flaws in his team and help them overcome them. Raph’s just irrationally rebellious and emotional and wants to be the top turtle when he’s not ready, he was just telling him about himself and at the end, Leo was proven correct. Raph almost killed his OWN brother and live with deep regret while consumed with this anger and his issues. 🤣😂They did great with trying to divert your attention away from the real antagonist of the scene, Raph realized it fortunately.
@@Artryom And there are at least two times in the fight Leo could have did the finishing blow and missed on purpose. With the obvious one being the sword that missed just barely
Being the responsible older brother is never easy, but it keeps the family together and the team functioning.Leo I like,he is very handsome just like his brothers;him and raph share alot in common, they just have different ways Of doing it.
Oh I WISH you had added Ralph’s line: In the episode of “Fallen Angel TMNT’s 2003” “You have a BETTER idea to buy time? Beside.....YOU need the practice.~” “Moi?~”
Not sure which Leo I like more. 2003 or 2012. Both are great leaders and great brothers. I love how much of a geek 2012 is but I also can’t get enough of 2003’s snark.
Absolutely for myself the 2012 Leonardo is the best, mainly because well he's an actual teenager and a stereotype (nerd/geek). Plus he has a deep emotional connection with Sensi, his brothers and Kari
Leonardo is my favorite turtle. He’s a great leader and always gives insight. He overcomes adversity and he never gives up. He helps his brothers and he brings out the best in everyone he meets. He’s my spirit animal. The 2003 version is my favorite. But, every version of Leo is radical. 🤓👊🏾🐢
cant believe people actually like rise leo. Rise Leo is easily the worst Leo hands down. Hew nothing like his old self. He shows that he has the brains to be the leader but he's to lazy. LAZY! Leo is hard working and trains hard. Not the lame risk version. And he's even like DEWY DUCK! In a nutshell. Rise should've never been made. Rise Leo is pathetic.
Rise's Leo is the worst animated version of the character! He was a huge jerk and didn't have any of Don's complexity to get away with it! I hated him with a passion!
This turtle always has been, and always will be, my absolute favorite. Great choice in clips. Though this does make me mourn for Rise. Rise Leo always had it in him to be up there with the rest of them. It wasn't until the very end of the series that he started really making strides to fulfill his potential as leader while still maintaining what made him unique.
Rise leo: Hey, what are like, some of the craziest villains you guys have fought? 2003 leo: seems you've met some of them. 2012 leo: *Chuckles* that's a good question.
2007 Raphael is the version of him that is the best counterpart to Leo. He gets things done, but having anger that you lose requires temperance and focus, not just blind rage and frustration. When Leo got caught, Raph learned a very serious lesson, and came out better for it. With Leo's guidance and focus, Raph can deliver the knockouts that are needed. That's why 2007 Raphael completes his brother Leonardo.
I love the differences between the different versions of Leo. The ROTTMNT version of him seems like he was born with the biggest amount of natural talent and analytical/strategist mind to be the leader, but mentally and emotionally speaking, he was the least ready for the role. Yet, once he accepted it, he also became an awesome leader. 😊
what would have happened if leonardo had learned to master all the magic and also learn to master all the powers of teenage mutant ninja turtles and also learn to master all fighting techniques and also learn to master all styles of fighting and also learn to master all martial arts and also learn to master all weapons
It's crazy how the 80s and 90s Leo use to be treated like the most underratted turtle of them all , especially the 1st intro how they show him the least and Mike being the most important one, but as it progressed Leo became more important.... yay.
2003 Leo is the best if only because he's not a complete Mary Sue like the other ones. He's flawed, he's corruptible, he makes mistakes, and he grows from each experience.
@@RawPower867 Also, Mary Sue is a female character with NO flaws, while Leo is MALE with a ton of them. Except he’s barely got any on the tip flaws like Anger, goofiness, Obsession, etc etc which is usually one reason why he’s chosen as leader but his flaws is failing his brothers and Splinter. Like he sacrifices himself to Krang prime at the ending of season 1 while the others escape. Leo does always have an irrational fear of failure though in most including 2012 but it wasn’t made into a big storyline like 2003… Pay attention idiot to the show next time.
I love leo leader. He is brave, intelligent, wisdom like listen to splinter as the master and father. Raph is so tough as stone to break the evil ninja, myself, riding the cycle and boxing for so long and angry. Donnie is a genius to built the engineering and smart all the science. And Mikey is kindly so stupid to mess the mission of annoy idiot. Like comic book, watching, playing video games and love pizza.
