Fabulous running and beautiful filming love the little clips of the pre race build up 👊🏃🏻 There has also been a Portsmouth Marathon I’ve done a few times just before Christmas Mike.

Great stuff Mike, beautifully captured as always and super running. Amazing to have all those people come out and support in the day too, great atmosphere. Hope the 10k training is going good 👍

A good first attempt at this distance. Probably my favourite one. Long enough to think your way through tactically. But not so long you feel a pit of despair like in the HM and upwards.

Thanks! Yes that’s a great way of describing it. I would definitely try 10 miles again, as I think I’d be better at pacing it now I’ve tried it before

Did it for the first time, and enjoyed it a lot. Nice atmosphere, a good course, and easy to get to (from Brighton) Would do it again for sure. Even surprised myself with a time of 1:15:36 which I wasn't expecting as I have never run a 10-mile race.

You did awesome mate, I remember seeing you passing me during the run as you were the only person I saw with a go pro stick. You had a really good pace as I couldn't keep up hahahaha

Thanks Ivan and I hope you had a good race! lol yeah I don’t tend to use that stick as I don’t want to get in peoples way, but I did take it to Portsmouth. Cheers
