Would honestly say the 2010 teams are better. This ABs side has Carter, Kaino, McCaw, Smith, Nonu, Read. Some of the best to play the game. The Boks here had an outstanding 2009, were still world champions, and also some of the best to play the game in Matfield, Habana, Spies, Beast, Van Der Linde etc.

I was there. Richie scored in the corner where we we sitting a million rows up. It was John Smit's 100th test. ABs had an overlap the whole game. Boks were holding on for dear life.

I will pick NZL over RSA anyday, however, that try Richie McCaw scored was not a try 😬 *braces for Karen response overload I wonder how that match would’ve turned out had the call been reversed…

I would pick RSA over NZL any day and watching the try in slowmo from that angle I do not see any conclusive evidence that it was not a try. The foot is over the line but in only touch the ground a fraction of a second after the ball touch the ground so from the camera angle available it is a fair decision. It`s one of those in which I would be very upset if it was a Springbok try and it was not awarded.

Match won by NZ as the ref missed the forward pass that led to the Richi Mcraws try. Shocking refereeing and a pattern in a lot of the New Zealand wins
