I'm telling yall, and ik this is subjective, but hot DAMN did these setting help when the 1st alc vid came out. Made my 3 kill games go up to at LEAST 9. Absolutely love the vids. Such an amazing soul!! The realist youtuber to date dude, take some pride in that. Hell, I get ancy just waiting for your vids and it makes my day just to watch em haha keep up the amazing work my man you're doing great!!!

@@christwalken12 Hmm, games are hit or miss. Either die instantly on drop, or get a couple kills in a match maybe 6-7, but I still do get 10+kill games often. Its not really SBMM for me, its more of how cracked I am that day and how long I've been playing. Usually past that 2 hour mark of playing, I get cracked and consistently get much better games

U shouldn’t play claw it’s very bad for your hand. It can lead to a sprain to the index finger. You can also experience pain, fatigue, discomfort, and injury.

It's still there you just have to go to the controller settings like before but scroll down on the d pad, then press enter.

I dont play with advanced look controlls. On normal settings I play with 6 as my look and 4 as my ads I have really good aim with this but do you still think that I should switch to advanced. I would appreciate the help ❤

Have you tried deuteranopia? It makes all enemies blue in digi threats which is useful for storm battles. It doesn't make your sights yellow though like people like. It makes them pink/white

Tritanopia or whatever is better. Unlike other BRs apex’s storm isn’t flashy and you can easily see through it

You sir are an intelligent individual.I have been literally mastering these settings since season 3 and recently had an breakthrough for my aim style.The Out threshold is actually when your input gets detected as being maximum.As in if you use extra yaw and pitch, the speed wont go to the aim speed of extra yaw/pitch until you reach that area for the analog stick.It is very useful for some to hone in because i used to literally put it to 1 because it was better than the default aim settings but i recently found out that increasing this to 8 for me and the response curve to 13 literally makes me beam people with the R-99 from mid range.I literally loathed the R99 because of how terrible i was with it.But in order to make it useful the turning extra yaw and pitch(including ADS ex yaw pitch)must be increased.I myself like my maximum input to be 50 more than said Yaw or Pitch.Also.The target compensation in the ALC may feel extremely restricting but i know it is better On as ive hit moving tagets far less with it off than on.It essentially slightly overrides your input to home in on an target.Which can be bad if your aiming at a target that is near or in the vicinity of another target.But, it is incredible with no sights especially on the triple take as ive downed someone from 8x scope range that was level 3 shield.So no scope with any weapon is an homing laser once you hone in on those speed settings that fit you.

Ive been a mouse/KB player since 1999, the good old Unreal Tournament time. But these days my arm/wrists dont function as they used to (physical condition, fibromyaglia). So I want to make the switch to controller. However im terrified of my ingame performance, which will be abysmal with a controller. Any tips for a.... easier learning curve? Or just tips for a new controller player in general?

I used to play on 8:5 sens (no alcs) and this feels not to different just a bit slippy but nothing i cant get used to. I actually like it since I actually felt slow on 8 sense lmao and i wanted something a little faster

After spending time in the range for an hour i had to increase the deadzone to 10 but thats the only tweak i did. It was to slippery and would drift. The rest are actually really good and are my new sense. If its to slippery for some of u guys up the deadzone a bit.

Using scuffs can be quite expensive and will eventually break over time. If you really want paddles you can get the ps4 back button attachment for only 30$ or you can learn claw. You can look up a claw guide on RU-vid and it doesn’t have to be apex it can be any game it just has to teach you claw.

Love the settings only thing I change is response curve to classic. Linear is too twitchy for dual shock ps4 controller. The high end controller with more tension on the sticks you can control those done adjustments. But not on cheap factory default controllers

Glad you like em ^_^ I don't use any special controllers, just regular dualshock 4 controllers. At least for me, I like the looseness of a low response curve because I feel that I get the most out of each of my thumb's movements for those micro-adjustments I need to make in-between shots.

The last patch broke the UI, but advanced looked controls is still there. It is still in the controller tab under vibration. You'll see a very tiny rectangle there that when you hover your cursor over, will take you to advanced look controls.

I need help, I can’t find the custom look controls setting. There is nothing underneath my vibration setting and I don’t know what to do? I’m playing on PS4 and I’m honestly so confused as to how everyone has this setting but me?

This was a bug introduced in the most recent patch. It is still there underneath vibration but its kinda hidden. Go back to vibration and you'll see another VERY slim rectangular gray box. Hover your cursor over this rectangular box and that is your advanced look controls.

Can you explain why you do per optic settings with 1x ? Feel like its useless since you can just adjust your yaw and pitch speed to your liking. Isnt that just overcomplicating things or am i missing something?

Adjusting settings for each of your optic settings is a small multiplier to your ADS Yaw/Pitch, enabling you to make those important micro-adjustments to your aim, in other words the difference between flicking onto an enemy or directly next to their shoulder. For my per optic settings, I'd say I've tweaked them to near perfection that works best for me, but you may like something better. You could always try playing around with these settings in the firing range to see the differences.

I bought a brand new ps4 controller and get stick drift at these settings lol. Their controllers are awful. Put the deadzone to 8/10 and it's fine though.

At 5:34 I talk about this, its called controller drift. Everyone's controller is different so yours may have some drift. You need to increase your deadzone in small increments until there is no longer drift

They broke the UI in the last patch. It is still there hidden underneath vibration. You'll see a VERY tiny gray square underneath vibration. Simply hovering it should highlight it and grant you access to advanced look controls

The devs messed up the settings screen UI, it is still there for all platforms. Go back to that same page and at the very bottom you will see an incredibly tiny rectangular gray box, hover over it to select and thats your advanced look controls
