Steel wire ropes and hydraulic press arms. People think schoolboy is insane. Remember that John was winning his first world title at age 18. They are worlds apart in strength and talent. He never looks worried or overly stressed, and he never seems to waste any motion. He's got perfect technique, and a lot of the extra muscle that the behemoths have doesn't help them. He's also probably naturally gifted in the tendon and ligament department. It's astonishing that he's been so good for so long with all that wear and tear.
@maalikserebryakov

Everyone goes on and on about muh tendons . But google says the ONLY function of a Tendon is to TRANSMIT force FROM THE MUSCLE. So its still all about Muscular force in the end. Got interested in arm wrestle by watching Schoolboy.Then found Devon and thinking what a beast he is. Out of curiosity, searched devon losses in yt then found another beast Denis.Now I am totally intrigued to know how tf can someone beat this giant and then I found the G.O.A.T John.

I like how he stays calm and just wards his opponent's push as if he says "Not Impressed"... & Then after that he just squeezes for an advantage by slowly but surely pushing his opponent's hand down to the point of no return....

lmao size does matter..Brzenk genetic is like superheavy weights. His hands are like wide and big af, his tendons thick his bone structures wide, his thumbs prabably the biggest in this sport. Not because he doesnt look like abomination you think his size is normal? Even if you be 300 lbs if you dont have big strong hand like Brzenk he just toy with you. Size doesnt matter yeah if you have structure like Brzenk. But you dont lol. Devon much more taller than Brzenk but when Brzenk hold his hands, Devon s hand is just disappears into Brzenk s palm.
