I am 13 all my friends were non Christians and I told them how much God loved them they told me I was a loser I said god help me to get them to believe in you and the next day God sent me this video I saw it and I stared to cry cuz it was truly true I showed my freinds this Video and they started to tear up I was so happy to see them understand that God is working in them and then I invited them to my church and they said yes and they showed up and we prayed for them and now they live in God. GOD LOVES ALL 🙏🏻💪☝🏽️ now do me the favor and share this video wait no do it for GOD i love all :)

Science and reason was created by God so we could think for ourselves, but it has now turned from truths to theories which only speak of millions of possibilities. I know what you're thinking, religion is just another theory and there is no way of knowing your religion is the right one. God speaks to me through your spoken words brother. Thank you . I've never been touched and brought back to life in the same fashion as today. I've seen your spoken word before, and admired it ,but never touched and penetrated through the filth that is my heart and lifestyle. I've always loved and recognized Jesus via my Catholic upbringing , but today was extra special, I know Jesus is everywhere always, but tonight he guided me towards your words of wisdom, and gave me peace. At times, I feel the harder I fight and the faster I sink and lose the struggle with temptation and sin, feels like quicksand. What a beautiful message. God truly is the best artist of all time. God’s creation is very beautiful which is why I love spending time in nature. My top favorite outdoor activities are camping, hiking in the woods, relaxing on the beach, swimming, and playing volleyball or football outside. Jesus is my everything Praise the Lord! 🙏😎🙌✝️❤️

How i find guy like you for myself? Seems impossible today. Seems like it take forever. I 28 years old. Want religious person, and someone to love me for me and be loyal. Man, this video really is powerful. The best part is those aren't just empty words, their words of truth. We are all His creation, and all individual, all with different paints on our canvas. It's a great thing knowing who you really are and where your identity truly is. Loving yourself is loving God, it's a big part of it. He made you and nothing about you is wrong. He doesn't make imperfections. Though the world twists our views, or tries to bring us down, our true self isn't created wrong.

***** Thanks. God's grace is amazing for sure.. It's just so hard when there are people around me that want to take away my faith, or at least weaken it. I know they can't, but they bring temptations, try to argue what I know to be true, and whatever method they can think of. It's tiring to stay strong.. But with God's help I'm staying a float and at least trying.

Hi Sarah! Whenever you feel your faith is taking a hit, don't be afraid to press the reset/restore to last know settings button. You simply do this by going to the last place of greatest confidence in GOD that you had; then you'll see GOD take you by the hands and lead you forward. We all struggle atimes, but HIS Strength will always be made perfect in our weakness through HIS Sufficient GRACE. Also, FATHER GOD is moderating all your battles (HE says HE won't allow you be tempted above that you are able). In essence, HE is saying that HE is always able to provide your escape, but that doesn't mean HE will take you out of the fight; rather, HE says "that you may be able to bear it". Underneath you are HIS Everlasting Arms. irrespective of how deep the pit you are being thrown in is, please remember to rest your trust in the Truth that if you ever were to reach the bottom, you will find that FATHER GOD'S Hands of LOVE, make up the fabric of your pit's floor. I'll remember you in my prayers dear one. Peace continually be to you in JESUS NAME. Amen.

I wish I could join this man's mission. A few years ago, I was an addict, heart full of hate and very selfish. My whole life started falling apart, losing everything and everyone around me until I was in a hotel after drinking way to much, close to dying.. The next morning, I preyed.. Hard. Started watching Bill Graham sermons, motivational videos... and came across a video, "Why I hate religion, but love God".. After listening to the message , what he was saying hit me.. It's been about 2 years, and even tho money wise, struggle wise, and other negative things, I'm more happy now then I've been in a lifetime. I know I don't "get it all right" but I know my heart is in the right place now, and getting better everyday. Thank you Jeff & Alyssa, you showed me answers I needed, opened a door to what God IS. I can openly say today, I am a follower of Christ, and everyday I work toward the next step to what God's plan is for me, whether it's not what I want, or I am blessed, everyday I know now that it's going to be ok, and one day I will go home. Absolutely agree and to add onto that, I’m gonna go over an animated movie scene from Ratatouille. It seems weird but hear me out, the scene where Remy takes a strawberry and a piece of cheese, two original objects, and he bites both at the same time to create a new taste. So we take something God made and create something new based off of what God made; in other words, we are imitating our Creator like what He did when He made everything.

Jeff, thank you for such a beautiful reminder of our value. It wasn't so long ago that I was very down about myself and where I fit in life. Listening to this when I needed it over the last several years has helped me greatly. Though I am still quite lost and lacking confidence, it still helps me believe I am of value somehow. There is something so beautiful about the art of spoken word; it captures what a classroom setting cannot. We focus so much on this world to learn strategic moves to come out on top; to appreciate things only if we know we can further benefit by monetary gain. That is all good and isn't to be disregarded, but maybe it's time we focus as fellow humans on the art that the great artist created. We are all entitled to our own opinions; clearly. Scroll through the comments. Regardless of what we believe, this spoken word undeniably is art at it's finest. Thank you Jeff, for your light. And thank you for sharing it with us. I always tear up every time I hear your poems/videos. You hit home with every single one of them. I loved the part of when the guy was asking if God will still accept him because he thinks he is scum. I tell people all the time just because you were raised a certain way does not mean that, that defines you. God Bless you. Good Job!!!
