I was lucky to be following this tournament at the time and I was so shocked and excited. I normally don't watch classical tournaments because I get bored but I made the right decision with this one.

Still remember this when i watched whole tournament since d1 just to see if fabi finally lose or at least draw. And at those day, i felt like caruana will dominate classical for next few years. God damn carlsen, he always know how to get back to the top.

@@colin7242 of course not. Fun fact btw, I liked my milkshake so much that my dad drove me back to get another one, and the guy working there asked why he was back so soon, so my dad explained to him that me and my brother had just gotten our wisdom teeth pulled, and this man gave us 2 free milkshakes. Its been a good day.

Great analysis as always Levy, but you could have perhaps focussed more on how Fabi has truly mastered the techniques of the TEMPO and GAMBIT, which are the most important things to master in order to become a 3000+ rated cyborg overlord.
