It’s not my favourite fight scene but it’s made by my favourite director of all time Gareth Evans who made my favourite film of all time the Raid 2 Berandal in the Kitchen. As much as I love Apostle and this fight scene brings back a lot of those classic elements from the film and is trademark Gareth Evans, the Raid 2 is by far the BEST fight scene I’ve ever seen in my life.
I also really like the opening fight scene in "The King" on Netflix. It has a lot of technique, the armour actually works, they struggle and everything doesn't come out clean. Very interesting, at least.
It puzzles me why people would like to fight when you can see that this sort of activity is (Billie) hellish as hell. Civilised societies must have an education to violence. Ours not civilised.
