I had covid and missed the first week, so this was super fun to live vicariously through! There was less mass slaughter when I finally ran.

This raid..and in fact this Alliance Raid Series is just a blast. Fighting the 12 each with their own abilities and mechanics and finding out of what these 12 truly are and etc. Truly I can't wait to see how this ends. After all we haven't fought the other 3. Plus who knows if this 13th god will be the final one. Or will it be Oschon. We don't know.

Mechanically, I prefer the first raid. Mostly stemming from the fact that during release week, so many people got baited hard. This one was just ok. If you're familiar with ff14 mechs at this point, most of them are pretty self-explanatory.

Interesting facts I noticed when I ran this raid: 1.) I play as hyur with the wolf ears dyed blue, and a blue version of all my outfits, cuz blue is my favourite colour, and I like ice and water, and i was born in the middle of deep winter during a full moon, and I chose Menphina as my goddess because of love and I am a white mage full of luv @w@. And I have ALL the doge mounts and minions because I raised nearly 30 doggos in my life cuz i love doggo. I am full-blown Irish and I love fiddle music. 2.) Menphina is the final boss. 3.) Menphina has a faithful hound, named after the moon. 4.) Menphina and Dalamud are both shades of blue. 5.) Menphina is a goddess of ice and cold, but also of love. 6.) The raid plays irish-style fiddle music. 7.) Everything is blue. Therefore I conclude: Yoshi P looked into his crystal ball at a young age and made a prediction I would be born and decided to dedicate this raid to me. @w@
