the pointy horseshoe is actually nailed into logs I believe. That one small metal door looks like something off the old metal wood stoves. Looks like a boy scout pocketknife. So much vintage stuff in there.

Back of chair looking thing I think is a heat vent grate for gravity type(vintage) house heating. Lived in a house in Los Angeles with very similar grates in the rooms where heat came up from the gravity furnace. With all these pieces of I think there's a house in there.

It's the longest Fisher episode ever!!! I love it!!! Also, at 56:56... That piece that you have with the wires coming out of the bottom... To me that looks like the mouth piece of an original telephone... You know, the kind of old phone where you held one piece up to your ear and spoke into the other piece... Super old school!!! I could be wrong but that's what it looks like to me... The speak into piece of the first phones ever made!!!

That might be a sprocket off R.E.O. Speedwagon that's a really old dump truck from the 20s to the early 30. It was a truck that ran by a chain rather then a transmission. My granddad started out driving them when he was young they used them in old mines. He always said they were like driving a beast there was no springs or even a padded seats. He would after 12 hours driving you could barely walk.
@halrichard7518

At 56:56 just as your phone was ringing you pulled up an old "mouth piece" from an old wall mounted phone. The kind that has a separate "ear piece" that hung on the left side with the "ringer crank" on the right side to call the operator. In the time era of "long" and "short" rings used in combination for each house's unique ring.

Zippo will replace that lighter for sure free of charge. They have had all kinds sent in over the years, even lighters run over by tanks and just found in pieces. As for the pointed horse shoes they aren't for a horse they went into logs and would be used to push the logs down stream way back many many many years ago. You have found the thing they used to grab the logs with too. :o) I LOVE your magnet fishing videos man please keep them coming!

Thank you, again, for your upbeat attitude and your humor. Watching you is very entertaining and pure enjoyment. I keep hoping, each time you pull something out, it's going to be a true jackpot with something very valuable to set you up for the rest of your life or something like that. I would be happy for anyone who worked hard for it and found something valuable for all the clean up work you are doing, while "fishing", it's still work, even if you are having fun doing it, so you deserve some sort of pay back for all your hours spent cleaning an area out with your magnets!

that lever looing piece you found at 1:15:17 possibly could be an open or close lever for your pipes under the house or just piping for water flow. you would have to look at H.D. website and look up shut off valves to see what I mean...or it could be an old locking mechanism for a window

A bit of west coast history and window weights...fisherman use to use those for jigging, especially for the big ol slab Halibut. A lot of these Halibut were so big they would actually have to shoot them, before bringing them aboard. If you didn't shoot them they would trash your boat, if not you. They were huge! Hard to believe, but true.
