My best friends are Vietnamese, and their mom made Pho out of this world. It has the perfect amount of cilantro, meat, noodles...like my life is made when she makes Pho. One morning for breakfast I smelled that goodness in my sleep, and ran my ass down stairs for that blessing. It tasted like God sent his best personal chef to Mrs. Bui's kitchen and decided to stay.
+Margaret Foster This reminds me of when my mother makes Bortht... Russian parents are amazing chefs. Honestly it's just great to have family members that can cook. I feel bad for ghetto people whose families can't do anything but buy fast food and frozen meals.
I come from Russian and Polish decent. So I get keilbasa, and all that good polish food. And Russian food. But I have to admit those Greeks are pretty good cooks too.
Marko Vargas WTF! Youre calling her a kid and you posted a video of strawberry shortcake with all these bodybuilding shit (the bodybuilding is awesme tho)
I just had some pho! If you have not treated yourself to a bowl of pho, let this be your official invitation to get on the pho train! A deliciously clean, fresh broth flavored with star anise, roasted onion, cardamon, some other spices and of course beef bones! To that some perfectly cooked rice noodles, fresh green onion, fresh Thai basil, a spicy seasoning called sate and of course rare steak! I also like a small squeeze of lime juice just before enjoying as it seems to wake up the other flavors just a bit more. It is a bowl of perfection!
***** There it is! There's the bright side. Plus, if you are VERY curious, you could do some research here on RU-vid for a Pho recipe and make it yourself! Who knows? Maybe it becomes a hit in your part of the world and you become a huge success selling it!
***** Sounds rough. I hope you get your stuff back. Best of luck to you! Maybe a nice mission to learn to make Pho and treat your mother and yourself to a nice steaming bowl! Whatever is happening in life, one always needs a good meal. Or that chicken dish you mentioned? An empty stomach makes a poor adviser.
Budder QT that's not totally exact but it's close. that how it sounds without the diacritical mark. But i can not explain further in words. LOL. Foreign people always have trouble pronouncing diacritical marks in Vietnamese so we do not use the marks when we speak to foreigners. The exact word for "pho" in Vietnamese should be "phở"! haha! Looks weird right?
Phở is wonderful noodle, I got one bowl tonight but not that challenge. You guys are great dudes. Good work. What a sorry for me to be in Vietnam, and no challenge like that here because I eat Phở most of time. It's too popular!
Wow..had you really ate all.of it?? I never tried it "I think we don't have Vietnamese restaurants at Egypt" but that challenge remembered me by Song Ilguk and the noodles challenge while shooting the Return of Superman.
I live in that area and unfortunately, that restaurant was close for some unknown reasons and in replaced with a Korean BBQ restaurant. You're welcome.
I don't think so . If you pay attention you will see his pho bowl looks way fuller at the end of the video than when the waiter serves it to him at first . I think David did eat and then Adrew transfered some from his bowl to David's to make it feel like he ate a lot or so.
+Andy Khounnoraj I figured it out, he dumped some of the pho from the big bowl into his to make it look like he finished more of the challenge than he actually did
I don't think they were really trying to finish the challenge towards the end. I'm sure the restaurant wouldn't care if they poured the pho for the video if they told them they were done attempting the challenge.
Here is some tip if u r eating a pho challenge 1. Don't drink the soup. 2. Ask the waiter to get a seprerate bowl so u can put all of the noodles and toppings in from the soup. 3.( optional) starve your self. Hope this helps😊
He had no chance to finish it but atleast he got all the noodles. For you to actually be declared the winner, you even have to finish the soup on top of the noodle and other assorted foods.
If I lived in the US or got an opportunity to travel to go to that restaurant, I'd love to do that challenge. Over here, all the vietnamese noodle restaurants are so stingy with their noodle portions.
Pho is the most popular Vietnamese food. Many other Asians believe that Vietnamese people are skinny because they eat a lot of pho so that's why lots of Asians (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai, etc.) like pho.
In Memphis we a sasquatch burger challenge. This burger has 4lb.of meat,1lb.of toppings and a bun weights 2lb.You have a hour to eat this and it's free.If you can't finish it in a hour,it cost $35.00.
