*DRAMA* 2 days ago i was at the airport and me n my family was at the baggage scanning area and they caught a lady who had a small gun in her suitcase and when the officers started asking her abt it she started screaming and crying and started threatening them that she'd kill everyone and me n my family was litterally right behind her thankfully no one was hurt btw i love ur podcasts sm!!
here is my long condensed drama: i was at a tailgate with my friends, they had a tent setup closer to the entrance of the stadium, we were drinking, playing pong and corn hole ya know college things haha and towards the end of the tailgate i see my ra walking towards me and he doesn’t even say hi before he starts making out with me tongue down my throat. i immediately pulled away and he yells “what the f*** (my name)” then proceeds to make out with me three more times throughout the night, i had “nurse him” back to health the rest of the day(he started drinking at 6am that morning and was blacked out for over 12 hours), plus he was on duty that night. so yeah this happened back in October and he has a gf now and it’s still so awkward between us because i see him almost everyday.

But I didn’t care, so I told her that, She then said that she was lying because she didn’t want me to be mad (I was a tiny bit), and we left it at that. Later, I found out they were talking, and I did some thinking. She's done this to me with every crush I’ve had since 6th grade (4 years). Now I like this new guy, but she’s liked him in the past. Should I tell her, or should I not, or should I drop her?

DRAMA? My job (americorps) is a year contract. We all interviewed for a second term two months ago, and still haven't heard back. I'm super stressed because I may be unemployed come July. Anyway my boss has sticky note saying "Asked if I can reconsider americorps"" and below that "update on returner interviews". I'm so stressed and have no idea what this means. Then, I was poking around on our database and found an email saying they are considering ending our position permanently. I'm scared.

hey Ben lowkey in the same situation as the girl in the drama, i had a gf and she kinda is prob not the best person to tell my mental health to, but i did 😭. And i was not in the right mind which ended up leading to our breakup and my bsf friend group leaving me cuz we were in the same friend group. We dated for 2 years and it rlly sucked cuz we truely did love eachother but my mental health and lack and her lack or communication just wasnt a good combo. So ya guys if u wanna vent do it with someone you truly think can handle and listen to you

DRAMA I’m mixed, my dad is from Peru and my mom is from the states. I grew up bilingual but mostly hung out with English speakers. This past year though I’ve made a lot more hispanic friends and it’s been great getting to speak it more and hang out with that community. This year for my birthday though I don’t know what to do. My two main friend groups literally can’t understand each other. I don’t want to exclude either group by not inviting them for not speaking the others’ language, but I’m nervous about how ill manage a “mixed” party if my friends can’t talk to each other. I just want everyone to have fun. Do you have any advice?
