Further to my previous comment on Manpower, with own my experience let me say that most of the time OEM's demanding trained Manpower and not settling for Fresher intake and Grooming and Training process to be built at Dealership.

I have heard lot of Peer's in the Industry talking about availability of qualified Manpower, also fresher coming out from educational institutes are not job ready, but till date i find very few Dealership's concentrating on In house training and grooming people to live up to the job requirement. Why this kind of casual approach?
