Hi, I'm Dan! I have been creating content since 2016. I have come a loooong way from my early stream times and have gone through variety, speedrunning, and tons of retro gaming. The Guardian Legend is criminally underrated, both for it's soundtrack and for it's technical mastery. The game holds a massive sprite limit without lagging, which is a tremendous feat on the NES. I keep working on this game in the hopes that I can get the 100% run into a GDQ or Speedfest soon, in the hopes of giving this game some of the exposure it deserves. Side Note: TANgy Studios did some tasty remixes of this soundtrack that you may enjoy. Miria's Playlist and The Guardian Legend (Victory Song) have become staples on my streams.

Yeah man, definitely criminally underrated. The OST and gameplay were definitely why I ran it for a short period. I should really make some remixes of some tracks on this, already have done a Castlevania album. Appreciate you checking it out!

Have you listened through the NES/Famicom library? The thing is that music on that console at those times was melodically outstanding. There are tons of games with amazing music. TGL is one of my fav, probably top 1 on NES, but if we talk about music there are so much amazing stuff there in many games.

I love the game, but there are too much of great music on NES. Konami did pretty amazing on soundtracks. Zen Ninja, Bucky O Hare were pretty amazing. Castlevania 3 is great too.

Yeah Bucky is super solid too. I actually released a full Castlevania album myself covering over 20 tracks from the franchise. CV3 is my personal favorite CV game.

I love the first one, easily my fav of the first 4 which are the only 4 that I have played. The dungeon music when you descend floors always freaked me out as a kid haha
