World of Darkness: Second Sight is a sourcebook for the Chronicles of Darkness that explores the use of psychics, thaumaturges and other "low-level" magic users further than the core book currently provides.
Second Sight: Third Eye is also discussed, which is a 2nd Edition update of Second Sight, providing a mechanical update to powers and abilities as well as various rules and systems for making use of them.

Is Second Sight - Third Eye a fan product? Will it be superseded in the future?

Hey TacticusPrime, Second Sight: Third Eye is a 2nd Edition update of Second Sight, providing a mechanical update to the powers of Psychics, Thaumaturges and other mortal magic users. Even though some of this was highlighted in the Chronicles of Darkness corebook - it left much to be desired. You can check it out here: www.drivethrurpg.com/product/260310/Second-Sight-Third-Eye Technically, it is a fan submitted product - but I (Nick) will tell you with 100% honesty that it is one of, if not the best, works I've read through DrivethruRPG. Christopher Falco knows his stuff cold. In terms of if it will be superseded in the future, I don't have an answer for that. However, Falco recently updated it through DrivethruRPG - so even if there is a major Onyx Path release (which I highly doubt), he'll have you covered. Again, completely transparent, if you're interested in building a character - or taking psychic merits - my advice would be to buy his pdf. You'll be way happier with the result.
