I've got a Jetstream 290, and a Six gun 390, and they are amazing. They sit so comfortably, and I find the necks are easy for my big hands to use. I'm 6'5", and have clumsy paws to match, and the Reverend necks are the most comfortable I've encountered.
Thank you for being one of the only demos ive found of Reverend guitars that aren’t classic blues/ rocknroll style playing. I think reverend would blow up if they get some people of different styles to demo their guitars more
I have Descent RA baritone from Reverend, with Railhammers. It's such a fantastic instrument for it's price. Extremely well made. Their designs are so pretty too. Combining modern finishes and hardware on that gorgeous 1950s retrofuturistic silhouette. They are so full of character, and that is something many people are drawn to.
I own a Flatroc with two Retroblast Pickups (to me they are like Filtertrons) and the guitar sounds amazing, but what I love is the neck and balance. The guitar is just so well done, and put together so solidly, it's a pleasure to play. Great Job Reverend...
Nice video!) I'm watching all the reviews on reverend guitars I can find. Cos I've just bought myself a club king rt. And still waiting for my package) So every review is very important and interesting to me. Thank you!
Excellent video. Every aspect of a Reverend is designed for great sound and playability. They stay in tune. And you dont pay extra for the classic rock legacy that fender and gibson overcharge for.
For about four years I wanted to try a Reverend guitar; actually several guitars. When the time came, the shop had about seven models. Several were models that I wanted to try. I still haven't tried all of the different types that interested me. Each guitar was perfectly made. Everything was in place and the actions weren't too high. It was exciting to try these guitars. What happened? I tried a Shade Balderose, Airsonic, Charger HB, Buckshot, and a Charger RA. It was surprising, but NONE OF THEM felt special. There were no special vibes from any of them. How could that be? Maybe because they're mostly made by machines. Maybe the forest from which they get their wood is harvested as a clear cut. There were no good vibes. The only one that I liked just a little was the Charger RA. It had a good sound through a digital Fender Twin setting on the GTX100. If I don't feel a good vibe from an instrument, I won't buy it. One guitar in that store did have a decent vibe, but not a strong one. That was a PRS semi-hollow Vela, but the volume between pickups was too great. Something has changed in the guitar business since then. There are numerous inexpensive really good guitars for sale now. I have tried several. The ones that didn't fit my vibe or were defective (Harley Benton, such a scummy company) were returned or sold. I found one that I really liked. It needed some work. Before it was done, it was sold because I needed money. Now I'm about ready to buy another just like it. It was a copy of a Gibson ES125T. Happy guitar hunting. Don't buy more than you need.
I'd greatly appreciate it if you could showcase some demonstrations of the James Tyler made-in-Japan guitars. As far as I know, your store is the exclusive retailer for these guitars in the UK.
Now that is an uncanny resemblance to "Les McKeown's hair" young man. On a more serious note will GuitarGuitar be stocking the Reverend Basshouser Fatfish 32 at any point in the future?
Gotta show respect to my fellow Scot 😂 we can definitely get them in, they always sell very quickly too. Keep an eye on our site for the next one coming in
@@guitarguitaruk 'tis nay a problem one of your wee friends (Kristian who's probably a Sassenach) is on the the case (and bass) for me. Only noticed the ginger "Tom Selleck" moustache today - was too distracted by the ginger "curtains" yesterday. Och Aye The Noo Jimmy.
Hello, This is important. I want to share an experience with you. --- I followed the Guitar lessons of a song,(video tutorial) solo mode (multistring). ---- It seems to be lesson (video tutorial) was inaccurate (assuming my Guitar is totally fine) ---- I opened Guitar app on my smartphone, I followed the same Guitar lesson. ---- I was amazed Guitar lesson was very very accurate till end. --- What would you say about this?
Stay away from them, I have beeing playing a Reverend guitar for a year. It sounds deascent, but the frets seems to be made of lead. After 500 h of playing, it need expensive fret replacement job. 😞
yea same here but it wasn't that expensive got one for $150. My complaint is that the charger 290 is so think and bassy sounding that it forces you to play blues and hard rock only. I have a tough time coming up with anything else with this guitar.
Those have quality control issues, the one I played felt like a cheap budget guitar. The sound muddy. They wanted 12,000 buck for the jet stream no case. Heavy Korean garbage. Only a suck would pay that
