I have been pretty much in the bed since November with back fractures they have heals but thee pain has kept me down. After 2 weeks of this inspired by you i went to church yesterday and played the organ walked in with my cane and no walker. Thanks for sharing.
Your transformation is incredible. Dogs have a serious health issue with Cancer. I believe as with humans it's our Modern poisonous foods. Sugar should have a warning Poisonous. Your Change in your eating regime is inspirational
Looking great Mike! You have motivated me for sure. I’m in my 60s I’m only on day 5 and can’t believe this but have lost 4lbs already. You have inspired me that you still can eat and lose weight, I’m going to try this for 30 days for sure, because your looking great keep it up. Thank you and for keep talking and inspiring people.❤❤❤❤
Having a bad back, start doing "superman".basically lay on the floor on your belly. Then lift your feet and arms off the floor (as if you're flying like superman) and hold it for a few seconds, relax and repeat.
You're doing great. You're an inspiration! When I started losing weight the ways i noticed most was because my clothes got looser and then became so loose my pants would fall. I felt like I could swim inside my clothes. I had to get new clothes, which is a good thing 😊 Also, people looked at me asking, you losing weight? I had to assure them that it was deliberate and i was not sick. Lol. Since I have painful arthritis and was having trouble walking I told people i was eating a low inflammatory diet to reduce my inflammation and pain. Even with my doc I don't use the words "carnivore diet". I just don't want to listen to a lecture or be told I'm gonna kill myself. Maybe I'm a coward that way. My doc told me I should eat lentils and artichokes. I thought that was a strange thing to suggest. I'm enjoying your journey 😊
You’re not being a coward, you’re being wise to avoid silly contention. Doctors only know what they are taught…big pharma sponsors their education and careers. Say no more…
hi mike...just started carnivore 2 weeks ago...im 65...been working out with weights for 7 months now...my tennis elbow and carpel tunnel is gone...i use less weights but more reps and it is all timed...also 2 weeks ago i gave up drinking alcohol...(beer)...yesterday i bought a machine just like yours off of marketplace...tomorrow will be the first time using it...i would love to lose this fat belly i got but its going to take time for sure...you are an inspiration sir...glad i found your channel...
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad you found my channel and that it's inspiring you. Your journey is truly inspiring as well-keep pushing forward!
Losing weight is always a good idea. Good advice about talking to your doctor even though most doctors would say it's a bad idea. Well, 50+ lbs is a bad idea too! I do hope you keep on with the weight loss videos. Thanks
There’s great peace and joy in having a place for everything and everything in its place. You’ve built a good space with your home gym. The view looks great and I imagine you might get a breeze thru there sometimes, too.
Keep at it Mike. My journey is going to start next week. I have to get my mind right. The hardest step is the first one. Thanks for the inspiration to make a change. Take care Brother,Happy Trails!
Mike you are halareious😊, when you get it all figured out ,you will be on a roll. You got this. You are looking great, but most of all, you will be resting much better. Thank you for showing us all that through life after all the bumps, an tumbles there is nothing we can not handle. You are an inspiration. If you can drink lemon water it will break up any phelm that you might have in the chest area. Especially in the cold winter months hot lemon juice an honey muxed up will break up all the stuff in the chest. A little off subject, but that is what lemon juice an water with a little honey in it will do for you. So glad you are starting to feel much better. Thank you for these work out videos.👍👍👍👍👍😊
G'day mate, Im getting back into the gym myself after a knee reparation needing to learn how to walk again. Your videos r a bit of the inspiration behind that man and your looking great ^^
You’re right to take it slow. My whole life I’d start an exercise program, start feeling good and then go full boar and end up injuring myself which would put back on the sidelines. I’m older n wiser now and able to be more patient…slow n steady as she goes 👍🏼
Congratulations! Just an fyi, don't be surprised if you start gaining weight. You've been loosing fat. When you start gaining weight, you are putting on muscle and still loosing fat. Keep up the good work!
Salonpas work great on lower back pain. Get the small patches not the big ones, over priced. Open the foil packet and when done be sure to put in a ziplock bag to keep air out. Place a patch on your lower back, dimple just below your waist. One on each side. They work great! Plus they aren’t smelly like others.
@@ouachitamountainliving If your back is really aching, put the patches on before bedtime. They are like magic! When you wake up you will definitely feel the difference. I handed boxes of them out to our older gentlemen at church who volunteered to help around the grounds and with various events. The next Sunday I received hug after hug in gratitude. I grinned. You can find them at Walmart, Walgreens, Sam’s Club.
Hi Mike! You is a trip lol made me laugh good again. Too stubborn to read instructions first lol I was fortuned to use the Gym at the Installation I worked at in Germany and they had all the machines there so I have used a lot of them. Very nice to have! Unfortunate now I dont have the space or money to get them lol Hey, if you stick with it, I know it will transform you! Dont overdue it though, you aint need to be Rambo!!! I thank you for the inspiration though cuz yeah man, just like you I once been different, pushing over 3000 lbs with my legs and now I can barely push myself up the dern stairs! Pittyful! It needs to change! Keep pishing! You are doing great!!
My nutritionist told me not to weigh more than once a week. Reason was because muscle is heavier than fat. You can lose inches in your body, but gain one pound in muscle. I learned my clothes will show me how I am losing regardless of what the scale shows. I like when you are showing how to use the new exercise equipment you got that its alright to take your time ro figure it out. I found nothing boring at all about you adjusting and readjusting until it worked out for you. You are doing great on your journey to good health and inspiring people along the way. Keep up the good work.
I sent you "End Your Carb Confusion" about a year ago, it's the book by Eric Westman, the head of the obesity clinic at Duke University. I was amazed by the science of carbs and how eating carbs makes you want more carbs and steals your energy as well as making us ache all over from inflammation. Good luck to you, so good to see your transformation.
