I love how you are connected to your god. We as “muslims” pray 5 times a day starting before the sunrise till the sunset. Its really calming to talk to god through out the day. You feel heard and protected❤️❤️
Sara God bless you!!! I’ve been watching you for ages and love self care and I’m also a Christian. You have no idea how beautiful it is to hear you speak about Jesus and being confident! Some RU-vidrs are very round about talking of their faith, but you speaking out like that makes me so happy, God is using you. Makes me happy I can watch a channel without exposing myself to worldly things like swearing, greed, etc. When I come to your channel I know I’m investing my time into the right things looming after the temple that is my body. Something that helped me stay focused was to write a list in my notes, took a screenshot, then made the list my wallpaper on my phone. Kept me on track and moved me and my kids out of a hotel, homeless, to a house within 3 months after. You look at your phone so much its a daily, hourly, minute reminder of what's important.

It is said in my religion that if you want to talk to God ," PRAY". And if you want God to speak to you , "OPEN the HOLY BOOK" There is a verse in my holy book where God addresses us directly saying " So remember Me & I will remember you "
I have watch many of your videos, and I must say my dear you are beyond your years, consider me your virtual Auntie😂. Yes make a board !!! I made one last year . Most stuff I put on the board I didn’t know it would actually come true .. deciding if I should add more to that same board from last year or create a new one
@@_daki an actual board (like creating a school project ) & I printed the pictures off of Google / or Pinterest and glued it to the board … or you can do it online (canvas)

Every year for a couple years now, I've started december with the idea of setting up systems for the New Year. What I want to get done before the end of the year, what I want out of the coming year, the events that will be coming up. What worked in the past year and what I've been struggling with. Just kinda with the idea of starting fresh in January and having already set up routines to give me a better chance of hitting my goals.

As someone who has depression severe anxiety autism and adhd and is only in grade 7 this made me feel different . This is something u should all listen to this .

African sponge, use antibacterial soap on your arm pits, feet , bellybutton. In the summer use a lightweight body oil or lotion. In the winter use heavyweight moisturizer. Use wips to refresh your underarm and down there but no fragrance. If you decide you want to use soap down there don’t put inside and don’t use fragrance use a sensitive cleaner. Another tip is do research only you know what you have and what problems you want to fix example back acne chest acne dark spots and so on. And go to the dermatologist as well. 😁
Tip for people who use their phones after they wake up, put it in a drawer or somewhere out of your eyesight trust me you would do everything with no distractions I put in my drawer and I can stay without using for 6 hours until I go to my university and I don’t even touch it throughout the day because I’m so used to not use it first day in the morning

dude spending habits--make a spreadsheet. i made a notion database that ranks everything in my cart and favorites by price and urgency. i can also categorize it so i can see how many things i want for my home, anything tech, hobbies, or just for my vanity. really keeps me in check but I'm still able to bookmark everything i want should i ever feel the need for them later on.
