just as another tip if you're too depressed to shower, 1. just run the shower and get in, you don't have to commit to any activities or washing, just rinse. usually what happens is you'll start realizing that you might as well wash since you're already in there 2. get a really nice quality, good feeling robe and commit to only allowing yourself to wear it after a shower. you'll want that comfort. 3. journal about how you feel after showering, i.e. I feel clean, I feel refreshed, I did it instead of giving up. thanks for reading :)

Cold water is used in DBT therapy techniques, and how we produce melatonin at night for sleep is by lowering our body temp so the cold rinse makes perfect sense!
The cold rinse will actually make your body temperature go up because the body always strives for homeostasis :) When you shower with cold water, your body will try to level up its temperature so it will maintain equilibrium. That's why cold showers are really great in the morning because cold showers increase your temperature and allow for adrenaline etc to be released which will level up your focus and make you feel more awake
Yeah but cold rinses raise body temp lol. You want hot showers when you’re trying to lower your body temp and cold when you want to raise it. Taking cold showers before bed definitely has the chance of messing up your sleep. Would not recommend.
When I was young I was extremely depressed and didn't shower regularly at all. And as I got older and finally wanted to start taking care of myself, I was lost on how to properly do so. I've been falling back into depressive episodes lately and decided an hour ago that I need to get my ass up and keep up with regular hygiene. My mother didn't ever teach me, I just went along with what I thought was right. It's embarrassing to be my age and not know how I should be cleaning myself. So thank you ❤
@@mrblueblood4917well our diet does play a HUGE role on our hygiene. Not only does a raw vegan diet help detoxify your body but it also clears mental fog and increases your energy.
You made choices that have an enormous impact on you! That is huge! Please, keep in touch. We are all rooting for you. You are doing great, don't stop! Keep moving forward!
Something I recommend for people who struggle with their mental health preventing them from showering, is implementing one step at a time. Get into the rhythm of showring every night or every other night but make no changes to your routine. Then once you start making showering a habit, then start slowly implementing things like double cleansing or moisturising. This prevents you from getting over whelmed and just not showering at all. And if there's some days you just can't don't beat yourself up over it.
Thank you for that. That's exactly what I've been doing. It's good to see this type of compassion and consideration becoming common for people struggling with their mental and emotional health on the internet; makes me feel much more safer.
Totally agree with you! I used this exact method a few months ago when I was going through some stuff. This really improved my mental health too, showers began to feel peaceful and I eventually started looking forward to them at the end of my day.
I am a big proponent of showering off negative and heavy feelings. As the water touches your head & drips down, think about your intention towards healing. Imagine the negative thoughts being rinsed off my the water and going down the drain. I also concentrate the shower head water flow on my heart expressing the same intentions towards healing. I then finish with a cold shower to symbolize closing of my body/ pores to the negative/heavy energy that I just washed away.
I’m neurodivergent and also depressed (great combination, ik), so I find it really hard to maintain constant hygiene habits and actually organize my priorities when it comes to taking care of myself. This video helped me sm, thank you.
End your showers ice cold, shit works like a natural anti depressant Like when I feel down I'll take a shower and come out of it feeling FRESH, both body and mind I recommend you try it out/look more into it, shit can genuinely help a lot my guy
I started habit stacking. So in the morning when I take my first pee I wash my hands and my face. Then once that's set as a habit I add brushing my teeth. I used wait til after my morning coffee but it's easier to get it out the way
Same 😭 let me put you on to micellar water!!! Changed the game 😆 Get some cotton pads, use it to clean your face, neck, even chest or underarms(haven't had to do that yet lol). But it's been so helpful 😭 I also use black seed oil as the last step in my skincare routine when I do wash my face. It has resurfaced my skin!! Makes it smooth af. I also take it internally, 2.5 to 5ml a day with meal. I don't wake up in pain anymore!! One last thing, for postpartum women, maca root powder & saffron to stabilize hormones! Game changers, life savers. Rhodiola Rosea is a natural antidepressant, can't take it with an ssri tho. Brahmi/bacopa for memory & brain fog. Love to y'all ❤ Solidarity with my neurodivergent peeps ✊
i LOVE that this wasn't super product heavy!! I can never afford he fancy products ppl tell u to use in their hygiene videos 😭 this was so accessible and helpful i appreciate you 🫶
I appreciate and love the many tips in this vid. As a microbiologist, I wouldn't recommend using antimicrobial soaps (with the labels 99.9% bacteria/viruses killed), especially daily. Our bodies naturally have bacteria to protect us. You can get skin infections if the bad ones over grow the good ones. Ofc, always listen to your doctor.
Shower tip: on hair wash day, throw your shower cap into the laundry. Connecting these two habits helps me remember to wash my shower caps (you should have multiples).
I was RAISED to double cleanse my body but as an adult I clean my hot spots three times. Twice to me just not enough to me. Using a wash cloths once is so important. I personally change both my towel and wash cloths after one use. My mom raise me to do that but I understand that can get expensive.
@@walakirk5270I'm pretty sure she means as in use one time, toss it in the hamper to wash later. I use two wash cloths a day. Tossing the wash cloths in the trash would definitely be very expensive and wasteful. lol
I didn’t realize I was double cleansing. At the end of my shower I go over hot spots with another pump of shower gel or bar soap. I was raised to use a clean washcloth and towel every shower.
I really struggle with getting in the shower (ADHD task initiation 😵💫) so I try to create the most pleasant experience possible. I def recommend a lotion warmer! Mine is by conair. Sooo nice in the wintertime. I don’t have one yet, but I’d love to add a towel/robe warmer! 😍 I have big fluffy white bath sheets from italic that are great. AND a lamp in the bathroom. I’m a night showerer so it’s cozy to just turn on a lamp to wind down instead of having the bright overhead light on.
yes! make it a lux experience. get that mango scented bodywash, get that glitter bath bomb, burn the fancy oils. do whatever it takes to make showering *not* a task, but pampering, a reward you've earned by working hard all day. My shower has glow in the dark anti-slip stars on the floor just because it makes me giggle.
@@candyluna2929well people with depression experience different things than the next person …. How can you be so quick to judge someone with an illness? Some depressed people may have the energy to do it and some may not. I’m glad you don’t have it, all I’m saying is if you ever do or your kids then maybe you’ll understand. Educate yourself on what you write before making comments that can bring someone else down.
One more shower tip is to get a shower head/filter that filters out chlorine, which can dry out your skin and also lets out toxic fumes. Chlorine is in all of our water supply
I’m a 15 year old girl and unfortunately I have a mood disorder so I have depressive episodes daily and I always skip showers. I’m done of being the musty girl so wish me good luck with my journey pls 😭💗
You will feel so much more confident and fresh. Taking care of yourself is a priority. After you shower spray a light amount of a mild body spray on yourself. You'll sleep like a baby just from smelling great.
You are strong and young you will start to build your routine that works for you. You will feel better afterwards I realize it is the process of mentally preparing yourself for a shower! The after effects are amazing. But don’t beat yourself up when you can’t do it. Just rest and do it tomorrow! I will say a prayer 🙏🏾 for you and I know for a fact there are no forgotten kids! God loves us all! Stay safe!
11:30 Cold water closes the pores which prevents outside dirt from seeping in the second you step out of the shower, and if you moisturize it creates a barrier until your next shower. But in short, yes the cold rinse absolutely helps with body acne!
Cold water doesn’t actually physically “close” your pores. What cold water actually does is prevents your body from losing your natural oils which helps your skin from being dry and irritated. Cold water also helps the pores not look as big, but again they don’t open and close. (It’s something I keep seeing just wanted to point it out).
I was depressed and super busy this semester and didn't shower for long periods of time and I'm afraid I may have been the person in class that smelled bad and maybe everyone knew 😓😅 but I'm determined now to change it and invest in myself
Thank you thank you. I really am trying to level up little by little. I’m a mom with almost no help and almost no time to myself. But when I get up early, I can spend time with God and spend time with myself and these tips will help me spend better time alone when I get the chance 🥰
Best thing you can do to keep fresh smelling throughout the day is wear baggy tops, ideally pure cotton for your under-top (eg t'shirt). I learnt this over many years - even if I was super fresh after shower if I wore tight fitting tops they would get sweaty under armpits after a few hours doing dutff/college and thats when you get that sweat mixed with deodrant smell.
The cold shower rinse gives you a 250% dopamine increase that lasts for 4 hours after the shower.☺️ I use bag balm on my feet with socks it's the best!
Cold rinses have helped me get through the work day where coworkers have asked, “How do you stay so positive and energized.” I HIGHLY recommend at least 30 secs of all cold water at the end of morning showers. ❤
A great video! I will definitely detox my underarms. TIP: This has been a game changer. I squat to wash my genital area. Using a hand held shower head is a must. I wash 4 x’s front and back. You will feel extra clean. 💕
Girl... There are so many things about your cleansing routine that I used to do back in the day...From the Aztec, to the Witch Hazel, to the Hyaluronic Acid, Dry Brushing, etc... Girl, EVERYTHING!!! I thought I was just ocd. Good to know this is the standard. Thank you for the great video!!😊
My paternal grandmother used to use a fresh, clean towel and face cloth EVERYday. I did the same until it drove my mother crazy and she made me stop. Now, as an adult, I use a new face cloth everytime, but I use my towels twice. I use one side, hang it to dry, use the other side, then I wash it 😊
I just shower daily even if no activity. For me it’s part of my “mental health” routine too. Taking a shower it’s not just a physical thing, it’s a mental & spiritual thing for me!! I also take the it works detox for my armpits. Thank you for sharing this video cause I never heard of the dry brush technique but now I’m definitely gonna try it. I usually just use a homemade scrub for my body and utilize my hands and take my time on scrubbing, rubbing and all!! I also utilize African black soap as well as the Aztec clay mask w/t the mother apple cider vinegar for my whole body mask ritual at least once a week!! It does wonders for your skin!! 💖
Ive been using cocoa butter vaseline petroleum jelly on my feet at night. I coat them, in between toes, i tend to get dry cracks in between my toes and then cover in socks. It helps a lot!
Gotta intentionally DRY your feet & in between your toes, with some paper product, after having them in water because if NOT, creates the painful cracks. THEN put something soothing on and then the socks 🧦
For folks who are too depressed to shower, fill up your sink and use a soapy washcloth to clean your armpits, private areas and arms. This takes less effort than a shower and cleans the important areas. Try to do this every day at the same time to establish a routine
AND at bare minimum put toothpaste on a toothbrush and brush for 25-30 seconds. Saving your teeth is top tier. You likely won’t always be depressed (even though it feels like it during the depression) & having to deal with the consequences of poor hygiene just make you MORE depressed.
this means so much to me, as i grew up i was never taught proper shower care routine and procedure so ive been spending a lot of time as i grow up learning and improving. thankyou!
I realize these are shower tips and general body hygiene, but something that is worth noting, by extension - is clean clothes. Properly washed, properly dried, properly cycled and properly stored clothes really elevate your overall scent and can help with the longevity. NONE of these tips and tricks will have longevity if you go and put clothes on that dried in the washer and now have that mildew smell. In Puerto Rico we call it "abombao'". 😂 Make sure you have time to be attentive to your clothes on laundry day, so that EVERYTHING about you smells good. I personally like to use scented products, but even if you don't, you at least won't have anything taking away from your hard work because your clothes are smelling stale or ripe. On days where I'm not fragrance heavy, I can still smell good because my clothes and hygiene are taken care of.
I hang my clothes on the line so the sunlight will kill bacteria then I run them through the dryer on air fluff. My Mom taught me that in my childhood. Also if you have a line hang your wet/damp towels out after showering and then wash them.
Slice a lime into two, and use the lime on your hot spots (only on where the hair grows please!!) before showering. After four days you might not even need a deodorant anymore. Trust me, I live in Ghana, it's summer 247, I'm on my third day without deodorant and it's working perfectly (here we shower twice daily). ❤
So do you just let the sliced lime rest against your armpit, or rub the slice around (oh! Exfoliation!), or just sprinkle the juice? How long do you let it sit on your skin before jumping in the shower?
@@sybildisobedience9969 I rub it, till there is no juice in it anymore. interesting u mentioned exfoliation, a colleague of mine asked me if I treat my armpits. I didn't understand what she meant, I think the lime lightens them and it's also smoother. I rub in the lime at least two minutes before I shower. If you can apply it first thing in the morning so it can sit for longer before you shower
A resounding NO for the cold shower/rinse. My water is always warm/hot. I frequently wash my linen, bath mat, pillow, etc. I don’t “switch up my towels”. Once I use my wash cloth and towel once, in the dirty laundry it goes (after it air dries) and I grab fresh towels for my next shower because I have a bunch of towels. Years ago I also used to put baby powder in my shoes for odor and I might do that again. Cleaning your living space at least once a week is also a part of good hygiene, and making sure your ventilation is good. Just sticking with the basics works just as well as anything else because nowadays people are on a strict budget and can’t always do all the fancy stuff they see their favorite influencers doing. The key to good hygiene is consistency.
21:00 - GIRL the SAME thing happened to me years ago when I first switched to aluminum free. NOBODY tells you you're suppose to detox first BEFORE you switch! I found out the hard way.
just please eat plants any leafy green has 100000x more chlorophyll that your body can actually absorb and make use of instead of pissing it down the drain literally...it's just a waste of money. just eat greens any greens everyday.
Also, ginger does an amazing job at getting rid of bad breath. It literally has enzymes in it that break down so many nasty smells. Taking a lil bit a day is also really good for your body
what does your morning self care routine look like since you don’t shower in the morning? what do you do to smell good? my night shower routine is very similar to yours but I struggle with having a consistent morning routine
I do a lot of these so I feel less weird knowing I'm not alone lol The science behind the cold water helping with anxiety and stuff is because it helps to reset the vagus nerve! Great video!
one of my best hygiene tip is trying to wear natural fabrics like cotton or linen, and avoiding tight clothing and those polyester undies with a ton of lace :( spending an entire day wearing stuff like this won't let your skin breathe and it can cause body acne. regular menstrual pads is also something i'm trying to quit, i tried reusable bamboo pads and period panties and i feel so much cleaner, and these don't irritate my skin either
WOW. I never would have thought that my very similar personal hygiene routine would be beneficial to others in video form. Although I suffer from Anxiety (BorderlinePD) it has never affected my personal hygiene. This video is a total WIN! Bless you for being able to change minds and hearts!❤
Girl you are so absolutely right and I feel like I have rediscovered showers all over again just by getting some new things in my bathroom and I tell you I have never ever enjoyed my showers as much as I do now. I love, love, love smelling so good now.
Wonderful tips and I'll definitely implement them into my routine. Thank you! Another thing when it comes to keeping your feet healthier: use a pumice stone. Once a week, I take some time near the end of the shower to remove the dry skin. I first use the soap on my foot, rinse the pumice stone under warm water, and then use it on crucial spots (slow and gentle circular motions). I remember when I started doing this, I saw results really fast and my feet looked and felt much softer
1:58 omg yes, deodorants with aluminum give me a rash anytime I use it, I use a salt based deodorant (mineral deodorant stick) wait for it to dry and then I apply an aluminum free one! Good tips!✿ (Also I just wanted to say you're so pretty!)☆
I see where you're coming from. The salt crystal deodorant has potassium alum, which is considered to be a milder and less irritating sulfate (salt). As we know, salt kills bacteria, and it also absorbs moisture, also, if you did not know, the mixture of bacteria and any type of moisture/ humidity causes bad odor, so when you use a salt based deodorant it kills the bacteria on your underarm (armpits) and the only thing left is the sweat, (which could also possible be absorbed by the salts) so if you only have the moisture/humidity and no bacteria it results in a good odor and not a bad one. Hope you understand : ) @@papeetechild

Thanks for unveiling shower tips that are a game-changer for impeccable hygiene - your insights are a true hygiene upgrade! It instantly brings me back to the transformative teachings of my lifecoach Lisa Haisha during an enriching retreat in the heartwarming Philippines. Your tips and Lisa's wisdom merge as my sources of inspiration on the journey to personal greatness.
My bathroom routine, as a man is: 1. Mouth wash, brush, floss 2. Poop if I have too 😅 3. Get in shower 4. Wash my hair with shampoo (Head and shoulders) 5. Put in conditioner (pantee pro V) and leave it in 6. Take a bar soap, preferably Dove, and wash my behind my ears, neck chin area, then my under arms because bar soap is easy to get deodorant out. And finally I use the soap on my private areas front and back. 7. I do some manscaping if I have to, with the soapy lather. 8. Then I repeat step 6 with body wash and shower loofah, but clean my arms and torso on the way down and clean my legs and feet last. 9. I rinse my body off 10. I then use face wash (aveeno) and clean my face for 3 mins I wanna say. 11. I use this scrub to help shaving my neck and chin area, so I use that for 3 mins, rinse. 12. Then I finally rinse my whole my body, head to toe to get conditioner and any left over product off of me. I can’t do cool water. Won’t do it lol 13. Finally, rinse the shower curtain and wall to help prevent soap scum from forming. 14. After drying, use witch hazel and put it on my face, then use face moisturizer (aveeno) and lotion my body, every other night. I lotion my elbows and feet every night tho. 15. I just use toilet paper to clean my ears, Charmin, if you need to know lol not that cheap hard and thin crap.
Excellent video beautiful ❤ I started using Dr. Bronner's lavender soap on my eczema, the results are amazing. I'm a beautiful brown skin girl. And I was tired of always covering up my arms. 5 days, and the healing is really noticeable. Thank you for the tips.
Girl almost everything you said I do the same process, this has to be the best hygiene video. I put tea tree between my toes and crack after bathing especially after all day activity.
I can’t shower everyday bc I’m depressed ☹️ edit: I didn’t realize there were so many replies I had my notifs off 😭😭 edit 2: I’m glad my notifs were off yall melted my brain…. pls stop replying.
Hello, don't worry about it. Take everything day by day, if it feels like its too much for you at the moment, then let it go. Do baby steps, like just washing the most important areas with a wash cloth and thats it and build off of that. I do not know exactly what you are going through and how you feel right now, but I also had some really dark times in my life so I can relate to you. I wish all the best for you, all the strength and love in the world and a lot of healing. No one deserves to go through depression. Lots of love!!!!
For dry skin or kp skin my dermatologist recommended to moisturize my skin while my skin is damp and it feels weird at first but it makes putting lotion on so much easier and faster. Especially when some creams can be really thick and take too long to spread it helps to smooth it on. And not only that but the humectant properties in ur lotion can help to absorb the water on your skin for extra moisture.
Man, thanks a lot! I do need to apply these tips. For so many reasons taking a good shower will help smell good and have a good energy throughout any day 💯💖
I will say moisturize your skin after u get out and Pat all the drops away def helps with clear soft skin. Speaking of I’m starting to run out of my moisturizer 😩
The fact the ratio is off from views to engagement; makes me mad. Hateeeers lol. Everything she said in the video is correct and works. Give her her credit
If your struggling with underarm odor I highly suggest benzoyl peroxide. I use panoxyl 4% creamy wash, leave on 3 minutes rinse no more odor guaranteed. This stuff actually kills the odor causing bacteria and has been my number 1 game changer for smelling good! You can use it anywhere your struggling with BO. It’s seriously the best.
4:00 gonna try this apple cider trick asap . I make my own deodorant with coconut oil, cornstarch and baking soda and it has helped me not smell anymore . It was a godsend in high school as deodorants didn’t work for me before. But I do get must every now and then so I’ll see if that helps
In algeria, instead of dry brushing we use a loofa that we call "Kassa" it's the same in Morocco, Tunisia, Syria and Turkey (I don't know about other countries), so basically, once you enter the shower you use hot water (that you can resist), then you start exfoliating your body with it, we use it once a week, and It's just great, we do not have to exfoliate by other means , it's more than enough
I have a tip! Wash your underarms, bottom, feet, and any other stinky areas with PanOxyl or any 10% Benzoyl Peroxide in the shower!! Even if you do the stinkiest, sweatiest workout that ever stunk, your armpits will not smell bc the benzoyl peroxide basically kills everything in there. I apply the benzoyl peroxide to those areas after washing my body with bar soap, and then I let it sit for a while as I wash my face. Then I rinse my face and the benzoyl peroxide off. Works like a charm.
@@johnnyjohnnyhottiethottie8345 say it. It's something dermatologists recommend. People that spent years studying the skin. Why do you think it's bad?
Yes the african net cloth is that girl!! Mine really helped with my bacne also its better bc its dries completely quickly vs a washcloth stays wet or damp for way longer growing bacteria quicker!
Girl I randomly clicked on this video and Im subscribed😂 love the way you talk n yes! Castile soap is a life changer for me. When I moved here my skin was so dry after showers until I used the Castile soap and boy it’s amazing! Even if you lazy to moisturize it keeps your skin moisturized after a shower 💕
Male here. I use witch hazel in a spray bottle. Takes care of all the hairy guy zones and feet for keeping odor down. Almost any aluminum free deodorant uses it and it also fights acne.
Just some tips for people who may have extra sensitive skin like me: Detox pits with a clarifiing soap (vinegers burn my skin). Pears Transparent Soap (gold) or Yardley Charcol Soap work for me. Exfoliate your pits just like you exfoliate your face, with a soft exfoliating pad, once to twice a week. Dry brush with a dry loofah (brushes give me prickly bumps). Make sure to still keep loofah clean! Drink Water! Drinking water helps to detox from the inside and can cut down on stinkyness 😊😊
I've been using super, super thin baby wash cloths (like the ones you might use for your face only) and those things suds up more than ANYTHING else and they are so easy to reuse and clean and dry. I am excited to use it every day now. It also helps get in my inner thighs or any small crevices.
For people who have trouble with showering because of depression: You are not alone. You are not gross. What helped me was taking lukewarm showers in the morning to wake me up, then warmer showers to relax me before going to sleep. Go on a mission to try every bodysoap/wash you can find that you think you like, and make it a project! Make showering and being clean fun. And lastly, if you really can't shower but want to feel cleaner, use babywipes to just clean yourself a little bit under your pits and other sweaty places. It will make a difference. Or at least it did for me. ❤

Whenever i don't want to do something i put on my favourite record and say 'I'll stop when It finishes' because sometimes I'll already be done, and sometimes I'll find myself going and putting it back on or flipping the side- it works for me and i think it's really important that everyone finds something like that.
I will say that the deodorant I’m about to suggest isn’t affordable for MANY, but when you get a chance to buy it it’ll last for a long while! The Lume deodorant cream is my holy grail. I had to save up to get it but when I did I definitely didn’t regret it. All you need is a little bit of the cream & rub it into any area you usually apply deodorant. Just like you rub in lotion! The only downside besides the cost of this product in my opinion is the smell when you first rub it in. I use their unscented cream, so it has a slight acidic smell to it when I first rub it in. Not the best smell but when it goes onto my skin & settles you can’t smell a thing! If you prefer to have a slight scent then I would suggest any of their scented creams/sticks. Hope this helps! 😊
My skin is way too dry for me to shower everyday, but I'm also someone who smells very easily and very strongly. I detoxed my armpits in the beginning of the year (and did nopoo for almost half a year) and have been using natural deodorants since. The difference from when I used an aluminum antiperspirant deo to now I can wash the smell off with natural, where as before it didn't matter how many times I washed my armpits, It still smelled.
Showering or bathing is important. Key thing is that to bathe yourself you do not have to get into a large tub of water. Filling the bathroom sink half way with water and using a clean cloth; wash your face, neck chest and under arms. Drain the sink, fill with clean water; clean your arms, legs and feet. Drain the sink get a clean cloth. Wash your privates; front first back last. Clean your sink and toss your cloths in the wash bucket. This uses less water for those who cannot use too much water or for those who may be going through mental or physical health. If they cannot stand too long a shower chair is not expensive. Sit the chair in the shower / tub and use the faucet.
Thank you for the tips, I will certainly try to apply some in my own routine ❤ For underarms, I use alum stone deodorant, it's completely natural, it's 100% just a mineral stone, it's really effective if you use it right. What i do is every few days, when I hop in the shower, I do a little mix of baking soda, mouthwash and toothpaste and apply to underarms. It kills bacteria that causes bad smell and leaves my skin really smooth. I let it for about 1-2 minutes, then rinse, shower normally, wash underarms again and after the shower apply the alum stone deodorant. And of course, the deodorant - every night and morning and seems to work just fine for me.
nahhhh you gotta shower everyday NO MATTER WHAT (unless you dont have the means to do so ofc) BECAUSE: you still pee throughout the day, you still go number 2. you gotta shower, or at least half shower and just do your genitals, but if you're gonna do that then you might as well just take a full shower. And def brush your teeth at least once a day (twice would be optimal: in the morning when you wake up and in the night before bed) and also floss either after every meal or at the end of the day after your last meal. amazing tips btw💯💯
Lume soap Bar cleans skins very well. The soap wash is great. I recommend it to do deep cleans 3 days a week. Because it very powerful but not irritating to skin.
It’s good to apply moisturizer on dump skin (wet)..The idea behind is so that your skin Isn’t stripped off it’s natural moisture cause the chemicals you put on top tend to absorb the moisture on the surface…
Great video. I love the aztec clay for detoxing all over. I do an all over body mud mask about every 2-4 weeks. Baking soda can also be good for detoxing under arms and butt cracks. Moisturizing before your body is totally dry is good for your skin.
yes i have eczema and dry brushing irritated my skin quite a bit. i now use an african exfoliating net and just gently scrub in the shower. also chemical exfoliants are very gentle
Dr. Bronner is amazing, but i really do love peppermint. I feel so fresh after its amazing, Mint, Honey and Cocoa butter with a hint of vanilla has genuinely made my regular scent sweet.
That's right I feel very confident. Give me special attention to all the little cracks and crevices a little foldovers and replace the body comes together gets an extra I said down three times.
That witch hazel tip for your crack is something I never thought of will implement from now and and I definitely feel you on being to tired to exert the energy to shower after a tiring g day but I definitely do it first thing after walking into the house because if I don’t it’s a wrap
