Hi Madeline, it really depends on the shape of your feet. I wear womens size 6.5/7 and i bought a size 7, its just right. You may want to walk into a Baleciaga store to try the sizes of their triple S before ordering this online.
Hihi, I think manufactured in China doesnt necessarily means that their cost is cheap considering the materials used. Though I agree that labour cost there is generally lower.
