There're = There are. They're= They are, clearly referring to a person - personification, rather than an object (skittles). There's tends to be used in American but because that simplifies to "there is" which is singular, skittles is a plural (unless you intended it to be a company make), so "are" is more appropriate. The original post was right.
The movie is nothing without Alan and Mr. Chow's characters... Amazing performance by both the actors... Truly legendary characters that I am gonna remember till eternity 😃
The part where Alan starts crying when Phil tells him he isn't his friend actually made me extremely sad, I'm not sure why but the way he sounded when he was crying really got to me.
"Hey guys, you ready to let the dogs out?" "What?" "Do what?" "Let the dogs out, like you know, who let the dogs out.. who? who?" "Who brought this guy along?" "Yes Alan, we're ready to let the dogs out."
Stu: YOU'RE THE BEARDED DEVIL!!!!!!!!! Alan: You liked it. You smiled at me when I held up the bag of marshmellows. Stu: BECAUSE I LIKE MARSHMELLOWS! YOU FUCKING PSYCHO!!!!!!!! Best scene ever lol!
Is it weird that the people from the hangover remind me of a human version of Spongebob? Alan is Spongebob because of the way he is oblivious to things, the way he escapes terrible situations, and the maturity level. Stu would be Squidward because he's always grumpy.
Alan in the first Hangover movie: A fun, but idiotic friend who NEVER wanted to cause any trouble in the first place. Alan in the second Hangover movie: An idiotic jerk who mainly cares about himself and hanging out with his friends. Alan in the third Hangover movie: Manages to mature and change himself near the end of the third Hangover movie as he even DIDN'T drug anybody at this time, but rather Chow instead.
There should have only been one sequel and it should have focused on Alan meeting Cassie (since Melissa McCarthy is the only actress who could have believably married Alan Garner) and their relationship progressing and ending with the wedding and subsequent hangover. That was the mistake both sequels made. When I heard Stu was getting married in #2, I thought they picked the wrong bachelor because any woman who'd marry Alan would have to be as off-the-wall as he was. Then I saw Melissa McCarthy in Bridesmaids and said, "I believe we've found that woman!"
I just finished watching all the hangover movies and I recently watched the Lorax and I can’t get over the marshmallow scene at 5:00 and I can’t stop thinking how the Once-ler likes marshmallows and not to mention it’s the same actor who plays him😂
