I love Matewan.. didnt know you were from there. That is great... I am a born and raised west virginian. Been here all my life.. This is surely God's contry. Hey there Tommy, I really enjoyed the videos you posted. Checked out quite a few of them , but not all of them as there are so many. Really liked your bluegrass segment and the dobro work on Great Speckled Bird, it was so enjoyable to listen to. It reminded me of years ago when we use to sit in our old homeplace growing up and playing those old tunes.

Matewan sure has changed since I was a kid. I get there whenever possible. Still got kin in north Matewan & Hatfield Bottom. I was born in Williamson, & proud to call myself a mountaineer. :)
