Add Jerusalem artichoke syrup 15 ml. (0.5 fl oz) as desired.
Mix.
You can skip the Jerusalem artichoke syrup by using only 3 ingredients!
Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Form cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 15 minutes.

50 gr. (1.8 ounces) raisins, rinsed.
Top up with cold water for 15 minutes.
40 gr. (1.4 ounces) pumpkin seeds.
70 gr. (2.5 ounces) sunflower seeds.
Banana pulp 100 gr. (3.5 ounces).
Mix.
Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Form cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 15 minutes.

Cashew nuts 100 gr. (3.5 ounces).

Pumpkin seeds 30 gr. (1 ounce).
Sesame seeds 20 gr. (0.7 ounces)
Poppy seeds 8 gr. (0.3 ounces).
Mix.
Jerusalem artichoke syrup or honey 30 ml. (1 fl oz).
1 or 2 egg whites, depending on the size of the egg.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 pinch of salt.
Mix.
Form cookies. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 13-15 minutes.
