when i saw the only common cards idea it just made me instantly think of what if a deck of each rarity? so one would be this commons only, next rares and then epic and then making the legendary only deck

The GOLDEN Common challenge truly is a gamemode of all time. Edit: Also, as long as the deck is just commons, using cards like Sunwell seems fair since it was generated.

I know I'm late but I want HS Pauper so much. There are so many cool commons that don't see play due to the power level of other rarity cards. In MTG it is cool to see how the format and deck building can change when new common cards are released and it would be the same for HS. Being a digital game and how easy commons are to acquire it would be easy for people of all different skill and commitment levels to hop into as well.

Dang.. I didn't realize Molten Rune was a common, I could've sworn it was a rare. that's definitely a great one for common only decks. And tainted remnant for 3 mana hitting face was clutching up hard. Mage has some really good commons in current rotation.

I'd love a mode where players would have to achieve weird secret objectives like that in order to progress the ladder. With the objective being revealed to both players after the match. Here are some ideas: Win a game with Cards that show a character with beard. Die on your turn. Legendary only Deck. You have to play the card you draw at the start of your turn if you can. (recent rarran challenge) Use the Deck autocomplete feature and win a game. Never play more cards than your opponent during their last turn & win the game. Total sum of mana spent each turn must be even (or uneven) & win the game.
