The prestige of coaching Labron (on the Lakers) and having multiple tv spots and podcasts to go back to, make for insane marketing. He'd be a fool not to, although i don't see it happening.
Getting fired is really a better deal since you get paid for at least another 3 more years without having to work. Isn't that good? 2 or more coach firings by LA might lead them to bankruptcy because so far, i think they owe money to at least 4 or 5 coaches now.

Ad and LBJ are going to play 55 games next year since they are playing this summer and they are going to make FO gut the team for a third guy. Next season will be a disaster no matter who coaches and I think JJ would be great. For his sake I hope he doesn’t take it right now
Lakers won 47 games this year with no bench. They really need to focus on rebounding, defense and limiting turnovers. The offense was solid. Maybe secure up the bench with a back up center, a healthy Vincent and Vanderbilt and get Max Christie in the rotation.
JJ would be foolish to take the job. 1. the expectation for Lakers HC is too high. 2. Lakers Fan base strongly disagree with zero experience Head Coach. Darvin was a rookie coach, but he spent years as assistant coach.

This is suisude. They need to get rid of Lebron, probably AD as well. It' obvious they are not a competitive team as long as 2/3 of the cap space is gobbled by these two players.
