Such great videos,Ron! I having trouble getting the hammers to come down with enough speed to strike the chimes correctly. Could there be something that needs cleaned or oiled on the back end of the hammers that might need cleaned or oiled? I've cleaned and oiled the rest of the workings and got it to work again, except for the chimes, they seem to move very slow when striking. Thanks so much.
