Very interesting Alex. Recently listened to the Greatest Secret and found it excellent but then went and listened to The Secret and honestly I found it uncomfortable. Allowing this beautiful life to unfold how infinite being intended, rather than trying to forcefully obtain material things are two very different ways to look at the law of attraction. I think The Secret could lead a lot of people to further suffering and disappointment.

How can someone practice, so the feeling of nonduality becomes a "second nature"? Are there some practical exercises to perform regularly .. other than regularly remembering mentally that: "I´m not the body, and not even the mind"?

I wrote a book with experimental evidence for this 20 years ago. I developed a method to analyze synchronicity to show this universal and primary force at work.
