Yo, was waiting for this! i worked in the first Hoodwinked movie as a 3D prop/set artist (3D Generalist) and your enthusiasm for this duology, and seeing how you enjoyed the films and took your time to theorize on them, makes me genuinely very happy. Worked so many nights in our studio for the film as did you for this theory. Thank you. :)

My favorite part about this entire channel is how the Theorizer can sound like a complete neurotic wreck while discussing stuff like secret agent sheep.

This is the movie you think exists but never know for sure, and you get deja vu if you watch it for the first time

I always loved hoodwinked, I think it’s so underrated. A lot of people hate on it for the bad animation, but the plot and characters are really funny and well thought out. The wolf is so funny to me lol I love his and Reds character.

This gonna be the new Coraline with never ending theories isn't it? Honestly I'm not even mad if that is the case but holy shit I forgot about this movie I had this on DVD and would watch it a ton when I was like 7+. I never saw the sequel so hearing that there was mutated people turned frogs honestly freaked me out and made me question my entire childhood, anyway this theory makes a lot of sense and the line about focusing more on the hidden story that they forgot the actual story in the sequel made me laugh so hard.

first one has a lot of meme potential as for the sequel, I guess it kinda does too, but not as much as the original. In the first Hoodwinked, you could pause at pretty much any frame and you could make memes out of said frames

You have NO IDEA how much I L O V E D this film, I’ve analysed this so many times as well, it was so much fun to see you do the same. Even in the first one Flippers was sus as hell though oml

my favorite thing abou your performance is you have this calm, directed madness in your voice. you almost sound angry or frustrated, but in that way where you control your anger, not the other way around. it's not manic, and that's exactly what makes it so compelling. i feel you play a little fast and loose with diagnosis, most of this concern is from how stigmatized and grossly misrepresented most mental illness conveyed to the masses. though it doesn't feel like malice coming from you. anyway, you have talent in your voice work. that's the main thing i was trying to convey

The first time I noticed that when red falls out of the trolly car you can actually see the bunny get this really evil nasty look on his face. That's how I figured out he had something to do with the missing recipes but then after watching this I wonder if he got transmutated too and if he always has know veruscha. It is possible he was just the unlucky one who got blamed for everything in the first movie when in reality he was possibly just put up to everything by her?

Isn’t it kinda odd how Flipper looks REMARKABLY like the frogs in Meet the Robinsons? And his personality is very similar to Frankie, could they be related? Or perhaps the SAME FROG????? It lines up with Flippers past as a performer not to mention in Meet the Robinsons Frankie is seen as this suave mob boss type which can easily be compared to the how Flippers treats his investigative team not to mention his shady dealings in the background. Also Flippers first name is Nicky… which sounds similar to Frankie. Further more Flippers is a stage name, we were never told his original last name, could it be Robinson? Therefore tying him to the Disney multiverse? Disney is known for making traditional fairytales animated movies, what does hoodwinked revolve around? Fairytale characters! That also ties it to Pixar since Disney and Pixar overlap majorly and it make the shrek reference more important because do you remember who was the main antagonist in Shrek 3? RUMPELSTILTSKIN! And that could easily be the case Flippers is talking about. As for the ogre it could easily be explained as family since there is no way Shrek is the only ogre in the area. This movie gets more convoluted with each connection I find.

If there's ever a movie that deserves a "remaster", it's Hoodwinked. It's such a fun and clever take on a classic tale

Such an underrated movie (series)!!! Idk why but I just love the goat guy, he's such a ridiculously fun character.

The animation style never bothered me as a kid and growing up. Looking at it now it is a bit ugly at times but I still love the movie. The story is great and I loved that another movie kinda mixed all these fairy tales together and made a universe where they all live together. I didnt even know there was a second movie and always wished they made a few more movies with these characters.

Hoodwinked is one of the most underrated films. Boingo is a disturbingly good diabolical villain and the Goat scene is the GOAT.

Hoodwinked is actually a movie I really love very much, it reminded me of before my cousin Xavier died of cancer ate age 5.

I adored this movie back then and still do now, I'll never forget when we watched it in class together. It was great, loves the video and very much looking forward to more! I can't help but speculate about the bunny...is it possible/likely that he to was transmuted from human to rabbit and formerly was some kind of gangster or powerful corporate figure who had to build his reputation back up or called in some old favors to get all of those thefts pulled off?

Such an underrated, forgotten gem of a movie. It was my oldest's favorite for over a year (he also made me sing him to sleep with Red's song from the beginning EVERY. DAMN. NIGHT) until we moved and he suddenly became scared to death of The Woodsmen of all people. Lol.

i'm excited because i watched the second hoodwinked first as a kid. then i watched the first as a young teen. the ONLY reason i watched these films is because i remembered patrick wharburton was in it and i used to absolutely LOVE his voice. he was my favorite voice actor at the time.

I've only watched this movie when I was sick (because my mom said it would make me happy and would put it on) so with no exaggeration I actually thought it was a fever dream

i remember watching hoodwink decades back and the plot confused me the most because yeah it is re-telling of red riding hood, but how it went confused me when the plot went south real quick, man this movie was my fucking childhood moment!

In the Fables comic, the Woodsman was intending to rob the grandmother, but happened upon Bigby attacking her and little red, as revealed by The Wolf Among Us

I watched Hoodwinked before I had glasses, and I’ll say it’s very easy to love this when you can’t see every tiny detail and just the broader strokes

This is why I like The Theorizer more than Game/Film (/Food) Theory. The Theorizer knows how to look at the evidence presented and not make things up as the video progresses. Can't break evidence so solid. The theory is so flawless, it might as well be on a wedding ring.

I remember Hoodwinked very fondly. As a kid i got it with a pizza (back when delivery pizza would sometimes come with a dvd. The only two i remember getting from that means was Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey and Hoodwinked)

i’m glad someone can validate my childhood obsession with hoodwinked

I own this movie. Every time I watch it, I always have questions left unanswered. I like how they explain everything through flashbacks. I also like the fact that the bunny was presumed to be the villain of the movie. The fact you don't expect it's the bunny until the end, shows how good the movie is. I kind of like movies, we have to watch the sequel to explain the original. But the sequel, only raises more questions when watching the prequel. I do believe the frog is the True Villain of the movies. I do believe the Frog purposely misdirected the police so that they would have to work as a team to solve this crime, qualifying them to join his agency. And why would the Frog send red knowing she would be defeated only to have to finish the training, if it wasn't part of the plan. There's just so many potholes and questions, that a new movie was only constantly add more, and the answers wouldn't fill the holes, without making more. If you just watch the movie as a crime mystery, it's quite a good movie. But if you starts to dig deeper, the rabbit hole is bottomless. You'll just keep asking questions, and the answers really aren't there.

Man I loved this movie growing up, I don't remember much but it's so nostalgic remembering it.

Ok, but have you noticed that Flipper and the other Frogs not only pretty much look, but sound and talk similar to the frogs from Meet the Robinsons. They wear almost identical clothing, have the same vibes, musically inclined. Is it possible that they are related or from the same species. Is hoodwinked meet the robinsons, but much later in the future. It seems as though the frogs in meet the robinsons have some possible "mafia" connections as this has been hinted at when they locked the mini hat in the trunk of the car. It is possible that Hoodwink takes place in a world much further in the future where now the frogs from Meet the Robinsons have now taken over and are one of the main groups running things.

I’ve always had so many questions, and you just keep answering them.
