Is ACV good. I have gluten intolerance and am totally off gluten. I have reflux and many polyps removed from bowel and stomach so I stopped my antacids and omnepradex and instead take ACV in water twice a day and the change is remarkable. But still constipated help
Baking soda! Start off with a teaspoon and work your way up to a tablespoon in 8oz -12oz of water on an empty stomach. Make sure you have no where to go and a toilet is available at all times ;) hope you can get some relief. You can also juice celery (only) and drink on an empty stomach as well

Debbie Daniels I had a terrible problem for years. I have been unable to work I was so sick. I finally tried an obscure treatment 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Less than 25 drops 3% in a tall glass of water or tea. 3 times a day. I would start with 10 drops or so. I had a horrible infection and within a day I felt better. I felt it slowly progressing. I think it went through the lymphatic system. It flowed from the gut, the lymph in my neck up to my head and then after a few days down my legs. I can actually do normal activities now. It’s been more than 10 years since I could function.😀 if you try this don’t go overboard with the dose it can be dangerous just like any medication overdose. Thank you for your videos! I wish my family would watch them because they have these symptoms. I had breast implants, which created a fungal overload, plus, my condo is a water damaged building, so I’m moving. This is such an arduous process when you don’t feel well. However, I finally found the cause of my 14 years of chronic illnesses. You make do much sense.
I had an interesting experience regarding constant itching in my vagina and on the bottoms of my feet. This has been going on for years. I was tested for Candita because of this itching but that came back negative. However I did have serious mold exposure for three years in my workplace so they may be a connection. Recently I underwent 12 IV treatments of medical grade Ozone in the form of Major Auto Hemotherapy. This was done for my chronic bacterial skin infections. Surprisingly the itching is now gone. I obviously had some kind of "bug" and the IV therapy cleared up this bacteria, virus, fungus, parasites - or whatever I had. (I am working with an excellent FMP, on the AIP protocol (off gluten, dairy, sugar and all grains) taking probiotics and recommended supplements.
Is chills a symptom as well, I am currently taking candida supplement, with probiotics, a multivitamin, milk thistle, and activated charcoal to move to the toxin out quicker, so for the last few days I've experienced anxiety symptoms and cold chills through out my body, Just curious. aleta frances Sweating in a dry sauna every other day has helped me... along with taking every candida herb and supplement I can choke down. Try wiping down with diluted apple cider vinegar. Wash bedding in bleach and hot water. I've thrown shirts away because the odor around the neck won't wash out. You've got candida overgrowth. Research and hit it hard. Don't have sex. Men have candida worse with all that beer they drink, etc.

Psoriasis is for sure toxicity response mostly. Take good probiotics and cut out ALL sugar and carbs. Most fruit. Focus on organic well treated meats and butter. Veggies be careful with...find ones that you easily digest...root veggies that are steamed. Avoid raw.

Hi I hope you can answer this question for me. I have been very unwell for years. I am 45 years old and have fibromyalgia type symptoms with chronic fatigue. I wake up feeling like death every morning. Disoriented, unrested, dizzy, headache...anyway, I have a white tongue, however it never matches pics or descriptions. Mine is coated all over and is thick. Hairy tongue; if I scrape it you can see the fibers. I have been using this as my clue I have a MAJOR yeast problem. Along with a long medical history including several surgeries and tons of antibiotics, and heavy drinking for years to try to deal with the severe anxiety. I could go on and on but I want you to read this. Does my tongue description sound like candida overgrowth? Or something else? I think you have a parasites and Candida problem. I had so many health problems for years including going bald at 17 and I'm female so that really sucks. I tried to convince my doctors for years I had parasites and they just treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. After the last doctor tried to convince me that all of my symptoms were in my head l decide to follow my guts and searched for to get rid of parasites. I watched Dr Jennifer Daniels and Sunfruit Dan on the subject of using turpentine and sugar and out of desperation I figured it would cure or kill me, and since I felt awful like I was slowly dying I figured what the heck and went for it. I'm not saying you have to take the turpentine and sugar, that's just what helped me, along with coffee enemas. But there are a lot of herbs and dietomaceous earth that are supposed to be good for parasites and Candida but I guess I just needed something stronger. I also take a food based multi vitamins and multi mineral and a good digestive enzyme that contains a enzyme for all food groups. The up side is I feel better than I have in years and guess what that so called genetic reason for my hair loss was a load of crap because I'm no longer losing hair, and I'm regrowing hair on my head like my edges where hair haven't grown in years, and I'm now in my fifties.
I am so happy you replied to this. And perfect timing! I started a parasite cleanse and I was 7 days into it and not seeing any results or evidence (to put it mildly). I stopped because I want to be able to return it if it is not working and you have to return at least half of the product. I have DE (took it twice). I'm just stumbling around again and it is frustrating. I share your sentiment ""I felt awful like I was slowing dying, I figured what the heck"" I am not afraid to try anything at this point. She addresses killing candida and parasites. Using Food Grade Diotomaceous Earth with MediClay in her program is what she says really makes a big difference but there is a real process to doing it correctly so I would recommend following the protocol. I purchased it and it has been amazing. Not cheap-but effective. So I am putting it together now. At 12 yrs old I had to ovarian cysts the size of an egg.The dr put me on birth control and told my mom to have me continue taking them to avoid more in the future. However it isnt as bad but I STILL have psoriasis.
Wow we need someone like you in South Africa. I woke up drunk one day and I don't drink alcohol. So when it happened to my Mom I knew exactly what was wrong with her. Fast ! For as long as you can. Anywhere from two days to forty days. Then try food grade hydrogen peroxide... Start with two drops in a glass of distilled water 3 times a day.... Increase by one drop one per day ....do this for a week or so. Hydrogen paroxide also kills the amiba jardia.... It's an anti fungal anti microbial.... Do not use any old hydrogen peroxide from the drugstore it has to be food grade...

At least in my case much of my issues stemmed from lack of bile. Bile will keep yeast in check. If the bile ducts are clogged with intrahepatic stones there will be a lack of bile. A lack of bile will also affect the amount of stomach acid we produce. When I started doing liver flushes and began expelling stones (3 years in over 30 flushes and thousands of fatty bile deposits removed) much of these issues started to resolve…
I went to my doctor and he prescribed a liquid wash for mouth. I have secretions or discharge of water in my mouth. Is this a sign fungus overgrowth causing my problem?
I went to affordable dentures, they did a scan and found that the saliva was from lower infection of teeth decay. I went on a Tuesday and Thursday had 17 exstactions. Bottom line, i now have upper and lower dentures!! Teeth decay to far gone to do anything else. What a relief to know all infection gone.

I stumbled on your post b/c I am researching if I have this. Just came to this conclusion last week. I believe i've had Candida for years. First, I've have always had a low white blood cell count, although I was generally not a sickly person so it wasn't a concern. Also, I used to have chronic yeast infection each moth after my periods, then took antibiotics, then same thing next month. Also had a few weird rashes and sinus infections but the biggest issue was I developed Graves Disease and eventually had my thyroid removed. It is frustrating to know I probably just had a yeast overgrowth and that could have maybe fixed the thyroid issue. Now I have issues losing weight, and continue to have horrible bloating whenever I eat anything sweet. Other issues too but these are the major ones. Does it sound like I have Candida?

Thanks for talking , heck I been dealing with food issues since I was a kid , starting early but at 15 started surgery for appendicitis and ovarian cysts removal then just kept having surgery after someone delivered my first child and reversed my uterus and bladder and then they adhered to each other and to my intestines and abdominal wall all were stuck together there. So needless to say the next time was a ruptured tubal pregnancy that wasn’t noticed after the D&C so a year later they finally looked in exploratory surgery to find that tube engulfed in giant blood clot so it was removed. Then I got pregnant with the second living child and a repair c-section took place as more adhesions were involved. Then still months after all these antibiotics again started search for a doctor to help me and just got more pills. And scheduled a total hysterectomy for 6 months after 2nd c-section. After the hysterectomy I felt better for a couple years but not great and had I s pretty bad and from a meditation I’m assuming with the basket full of meds I had was causing kidney infections constantly and still had abdominal pain. In 1994 the went back in and removed more adhesions and lifted my bladder cause I was having trouble making to bathroom in time. So kept taking their meds and then I dumped the basket of pills out and moved home and within the year I was admitted to hospital with ulcerative colitis when then diagnosed me with Chrons which the diet made things worse. So finally three years later I find an internal med guy and he tested and found lowest B count ever and I had shingles all the time from the whole grain breads and sulfites and soy lectins and cellulose and corn and a million preservatives. So I only ate meat and a rice or veggies sometimes but most of the time if I ate my day was over so basically went hungry! Just a vicious cycle get sick get antibiotics and steroids and the pain meds continued ! Well he said I had Celiac Sprue without the allergy. So I stayed away most of the time and only when I ate at someone else’s house would I try their food only to get a reaction! So then I continue with GERD, Celiac Sprue now with neuropathy and well I never healed ever it seems! The past January I found out the truth about medical field and choose the natural way to heal but at same time weening off of Suboxone. I’m so close yet so far and only eating organic food salad with chic peas or wild rice and kefir smoothies with fruit and veggies and herbs and gave up all soda and coffee only drink water with Chaga and turkey tail and ginger lemon lime and raw honey! And even did Irish Seamoss for a couple months till I found the Chaga on the trees. Then I started with coffee enemas On July 3rd for 2 weeks and had a shit load of parasites even night crawler types and well I’m sure they’re not all gone but also trying the pure Gum Spirits to help that as well and licorice root with cinnamon . But I’m still a mess my mouth is on fire and white . Trying coconut oil but not getting anywhere . Errr down to 105 pounds and 57 yrs old . Hi Dr. Osborne. At 36:46 of this video, you reference a female patient who had a 3" disk on the top-back area of her scalp that ceased to grow hair. You are the only one I've ever heard mention this and it resounds with me because I, too, have had the same thing on my scalp for the past few years. My dermatologist didn't know what it was, so he took a biopsy and the pathology suggested folliculitis de calvans (which I really didn't have the symptoms of). I was prescribed a round of antibiotics, of course, and given a type of steroid cream. Nothing worked and my scalp continues to make 'plaques.' May I ask what the supplements were that helped your patient? For the record, I've had type 1 diabetes for 21 years; I tested positive for SIBO (high methane only) 18 months ago; I've tested positive for food sensitivities (primarily, all dairy, wheat, corn, egg white, brewer's yeast, plum, and hazelnut); and an organic acid test suggested increased need for chromium, carnitine, CoQ10, lipoid acid, b-vitamins, vitamin C, and glycine. I currently struggle maintaining a true gluten free diet, but I do try. Any point in the right direction would be massively appreciated.
Glen, sorry to hear of your troubles. First of all, you have to be 100% grain free. No exceptions. The OAT test is unreliable. Ask your doctor for a spectracell test. Imagine them as an evil seductress that wants to entice you so that she can rob you (of your health, wealth & happiness) and even kill you.
