The Hidden Sport Climbing Crag In Canada | Tim Emmett's Apnea 

I just visit this site today. It has been some years since I payed attention to this Cormorant Rookery. It is a special place because there are only a handful of places on the South coast that this bird gathers to breed and raise their young. It was with great shock that I see the site has been completely abandoned because of the climbing route that has been established. I will be compiling a report for Conservation to act on restoring this vital habitat. Hard for me to understand why this was done when the nest sites are so obvious. So much garbage on site. All the anchors need to be removed, as well as the ropes, gear, and construction projects. John

The paddle board that was damaged WAS NOT a Red paddle board. Our misadventure happened before I upgraded to a Red paddle board. Red is far superior to other brands. This is not a plug, I have no affiliation with Red. I bring this up to illustrate the serious nature of ocean paddling and should not be done on a bargain board. There is a reason they cost more as I discovered the hard way. Be safe!

Where on anvil is this spot?

Its awesome to find those hidden gems!... My buddy found a secret place with 120’ tall cliffs over 80’ deep water so you could free solo them if you wanted. Its such a great place to climb. Edit: some of those climbs are on my channel if anyone is interested in watching :)

The rope drag looks horrendous on that one. It looks like tactical short roping for the entire upper half.

Really makes them sound stupid for not checking the weather or being more prepared....
