Good video top work RU-vids needed a HV jointer good to see the process were you an electrician first then got into jointing or straight into do you work for your self also or company ?

Loving these videos mate 👍🏼 you come across well in videos can’t tell at all you’re not fully comfortable with it. You can also see you take a lot of pride in your work! There’s a lot of bodge it and throw it at the wall and hope it sticks in the LV side do you get that on the HV cable jointing side too? I was going to ask if you are able to show the testing sequence for those cables on a future video? I do a lot of electrical installation testing on the LV side. So it would be neat to see how you do it on the HV side. Take it easy 😎

Thanks Jake. Appreciate it! I would also say the same for the HV side to. You see a few people who have no experience and go on a week course and automatically think they are jointer. Next time i do some testing i will capture some footage and make a video about it! 👍

@@hvsparky I wish the electrical industry would follow the Gas Safe principle and you have to be registered to undertake the work because in Gas if you get caught doing dodgy stuff and bad work you can lose your license. Might stop people doing poor quality work that way That would be awesome thank you 🙏

brilliant mate, What Kv? are you terminating and do you also join cables for wiring the inside of the Switchgear? please more videos of this type is better than love island, awesome mate

Thanks for you comment 😊 i do the hv cables to the switchgear, i dont do the wiring (small wiring, armoureds) Haha no problem i post every Monday 👌👌

@@hvsparky that's wicked that, I did go through some of your small clips just wishing it were full clips so intriguing and amazing just watching those thick cables been terminated and prepared please give us more... love it mate I swear. you sparkies are legends considering the voltage levels and the dangers involved and associated with arc flashes or explosions, Salute we take all this for granted as well, hat off to yah
