If you haven't yet, and you have Netflix, watch “Tig Notaro: Happy to Be Here.” This must have been one of the first times she did a few of these bits, she perfected them by the time that Netflix special was filmed. She expands upon the “I says to her I says…” part. This happy birthday set for Ellen was, but she made the jokes even funnier.
I saw her do this bit on another show and it was funnier. I'm not sure why. But I loved how that conversation continued: "You don't!" "What do you mean, you don't? "What do YOU mean, 'What do you mean, you don't?!" LMAO!
Set a night that thing yeah yes got restarted go with my heart that she’s asking for us and I see how it goes and yes you worked out we are yes we have ups and downs and second scenario we just work it out and just talk it out just talking about her, as her just to do it there but they’re asking for is the vine that is my first time that I’ve just felt like a new person that my first thought this way
She's funny. I don't really get a lot of American humour and tend to prefer British comedians (I'm British) but she's actually surprisingly really good!!
Omg she's so clever and her jokes are so smart and filled with wit. Shes like a young Dane Cook. She just need some jokes about fastfood drive-thrus and toilets.
This is the funniest I've seen her, I watched her Netflix special and I don't think my wife and I laughed even one time. She just monologues the whole time
