Bobby Bernard taught me the Humber vanish in Vegas when I was ten years (1980) old. Great memories!! Thanks brother!!🙏

That's great! I love that you accentuate and describe the sleights themselves in detail, and not just the effects.

Thanks for this and your Himber vanish video. When I first started, I thought it was way too knacky to ever be useful. After just a week, I've got it pretty much down, and I'm primarily a card guy. Now I just need to work on consistency and practice in front of a mirror to get my angles and timing down.

I've been trying to put together a signature three-coin routine. My final vanishes involve a Himber false count. I'll definitely have to try out your "lazy" handing. Seems much more reliable. I also developed the same "final toss" handling that you and Sankey use during my own practice sessions. Feels much more natural and much less suspicious.

Seriously recommend anyone who wants to learn some good coin magic get Trip, I really enjoy performing the lazy himber for years now as a 2 coin, count for 3. Really helpful sleights that Rick teaches for only $15 and 3 routines

Really helped me. Oh, and by the way, if you don't have the $$ for a "special" mirror set up. Try using your laptop or external camera (I use a logitech) and OBS or another video program (even the windows gamebar recorder) to watch your practice, and even adjust angles!!!

Awesome, and I'm a newbie and start to learn how to play the coin magic, What is the size of your coins in video? what size is good for the beginner? and where can get it? Thanks

In the video is a silver dollar. You can start to learn with any size. I would say use coins that are at least 30mm wide.

Hi Rick I've been working on Himber vanish for a while now and I like your version a lot :) I was able to use your version to steal all coins. Have you played with that idea? I've done Himber vanish multiple coins. I'm displaying 3 coins in a fan and go straight to Himber, vanishing all coins. Your version is better in the context of a count.
@RickHolcombe
@RickHolcombe 2 года назад
That's cool! I usually use Rune Klan's Viking Vanish if I'm going to steal multiple coins. But different situations require different sleights
