Wow Armenia has such an old history and its incredible how they were able to survive for so long after so much conquering and experiencing the Armenian Genocide by the Turks. That is why the Armenian diaspora is so big around the world.

Elsewhere, Turkey and Azerbaijan are seriously triggered; their joint project for a greater Turkic empire (supposedly powerful enough to exert Turkey's influence and ambitions towards Russia, China and India) can't see the day as long as a now-puny Armenia still exists, and the recent war regarding Nagorno-Karabakh (where Armenia capitulated in humiliating fashion and Armenians expulsed en masse) is just the latest blow dealt by the Turk-Azeri alliance with Russians and Iranians reduced to mere spectators.

I can imagine learning that in school cuz I'm learning it right now. It's been 8 years since I started learning it in 4th grade. It's so hard to remember everything but it's soo interesting as well. BTW I'm 16 now and I'm in 11th grade

u mentioned how with all the conquering how can people stay pure. you are right to some degree. armenians throughout history have mixed, especially the most with Assyrians. Genetic studies have also shown that modern day Armenians are still genetically extremely similar to Armenians 5,000+ years ago

The misery we went through is insane...and we continue to suffer...it's a non stop suffering for us..and being Armenian is so hard..all the wars, genocide, massacres, ethnic cleansing is still going on by out "lovely" neighbors Azerbaijan and Turkey...turkic tribes that became someone now... Also if you look at old maps you can see that there was no such country as Azerbaijan ..it was only formed in 20century...but now their government is creating a history, paying with their oil, trying to convince everyone that they also have history and demanding Armenian territories claiming that they are "ancient Azerbaijani lands".. BS and stupidity is on another level

This history isn't accurate, when Persia attacked we were outnumbered 1 to 5 and we defeated them n they retreated in defeat..to this day Armenians remain PURE, we always married with always kept our tradition so when they do DNA tests Armenians are the same as they were, we are the only original people, the Turks r mixed of diff dna.
