"How can they not tell?" I was thinking just like you until I met Thomas Astruc (and you pronounced his name right!!) and talked with him about it. I had the exact same arguments you had: they have the same voice, their hair is the same, and they're only wearing masks! So how can they not tell?? Right? Well, earlier I had told him how surprised I was when we finally discovered who was le Papillon. And he used this argument against me: we, viewers, can get frustrated because we know who's hiding behind the Ladybug and Chat Noir masks, so it's obvious that they are Marinette and Adrien. But as I said earlier, I was truly surprised about the reveal of the Papillon, because not once in the show we had proper clues (or maybe I'm just really dumb and everyone had guessed but well) before the character was shown transforming into it. And Adrien and Marinette are as oblivious as us when it comes to this: they never see each other's transformations because that would be against the rules, so apart from the hair and voice (and Chat Noir is more cocky than Adrien, and Ladybug more self-confident than Marinette, so that could make a difference) there's no way for them to be sure that they are really Ladybug and Chat Noir. Although I'll admit that I still get very frustrated even after having this discussion with Thomas because I only want them to kNOW WHO THEY ARE FOR GOD'S SAKE. IT'S OBVIOUS

I feel like live action will kill the series. Idk like personally I think it is really hard for real actors to live up to their animated counterparts. From expression to other things idk. But yeah I love the show and stuff and I love that they want to expand even more. But I won't lie by saying I would look forward to anything live action.

Adrientte is the OTP, Lukanette is ok with me, Adrienami can fly away, Ladynoir can come to stay, Marichat is cute and quirky, Ladrien is shy and worthy.

Chat it’s a French word meaning cat it is pronounced as Sha with the t in Chat is silent. I have heard people pronounce it as Shat but never the English word Chat unless it was referring to the English word.

Just as a cool little detail, Toei Animation joined the MLB project because they fell in love with Paris! Let me explain... Before officially joining the project, the staff was working on the Heartcatch Precure movie, the first Precure movie to be set in the real world aside for Japan (In this case, Paris). The wanted to be accurate at representing the country, so, they send some of the staff members to a trip to Paris to study the place for the movie. They were so fascinated with the architecture and the culture that they wanted to take another french related project as soon as they finished the movie. So, indirectly, Precure helped create MLB as we know it to date (Actually, if you've eveer seen any season of Precure, you would notice that the two shows are very similar)

I love the fact that you mentioned code lyoko. Not a lot of people really give it credit. If it wasn't for that show, there wouldn't be a miraculous. It paved tge way for french action cartoons.

Guys looking at season 3 you can see that the relashionship between Marinette and Adrien suffer in terms of love however the producers claimed that this was supposed to happen season 3 is the suffering time and season 4/5 will be even more hooked so stay tuned!
