Radghast is the only wizard that is absolutely unbiased in Canon. He literally just keeps the natural order

I think Sauron knows that Radagast is considerably less powerful than Gandalf or Saruman so Radagast is not much of a threat to him , hence why he just scares him away .

Well, he Did send giant bats after Radagast, after he sent giant spiders that tried to break into his home to kill him. So yes, I think Sauron did try to stop/kill Radagast, simply to keep him from informing anyone of his existence before he had regained his strength.

A good choice, tobacco (rightfully so) is seen as dirty and unhealthy, while cannabis is much better for you, comparatively speaking, and suits the characters of the wizards and hobbits well. I'm sure in Tolkien's time the opposite would have been true.

Ered Gorgoroth, now that is something to call scary.

I always envisioned him slightly taller than Sauron but bulkier with a more menacing armor that’s more chaotic than Sauron’ more patterned and sequenced (in an orderly pattern) armor.

@@114D I agree - though I think that the "chaotic" aspect to Morgoth is simply a form of pattern outside Illuvatar's fundamental design, which is why it appears chaotic to us. Sauron, on the other hand, is simply a traitor Maia/angel, originally an apprentice under Aule the God of Smiths. So, he retains an aspect of design about his self that is true to the Illuvatar's fundamental blueprint.

Prevention to coronavirus

Saruman knew full well what was going on but he merely allowed Sauron to stick around hoping the One Ring would reveil itself. He does underestimate Radagast but when it comes to power he is far more powerful and could easily dispatch the ringwraiths at this point since they are not at their full power and even if they were Saruman is more powerful than the Witch King. Saruman was already plotting to claim the One Ring for himself at this point hence why he tries to divert the attention away from Dol Guldur and dismiss all of Radagasts and Gandalfs warnings, but especially Galadriel isn't having any of his bs since she trusts Gandalf more than Saruman

@@andrewjoyce9038 Nah, he had been plotting to obtain the one ring for himself for years at this point the issue was he didn't know where it lay, just that it existed because it wasn't destroyed. Saruman was good at one point, but being in human form gave him human weaknesses like a desire for power and he fell prey to those when he abandoned his duty as a maiar to bring peace to the the world.

Na he is not good at this point, his contempt betrays his corruption, he may not be completely fallen at this point, but he is clearly well down that road.

Let me tell you that cannabis is the only enjoyable smokeable substance. What if Tolkien smoked weed but represented it as tobacco in the book in order to avoid investigation by British authorities?

@@DarkCreed It would be an amazing movie/series if they focused on the adventures of Ragadagast, Tom Balbaidi, Gandalf, and Sauramon did before the prequels.

It's smart in the sense that if Radagast had died while lingering there, nobody would know and his revelation of the necromancer's presence would die with him. He was able to successfully get the word out to allies, so that if anyone disappeared while investigating the area (like Gandalf) then friends would know where to look (and what to expect).

James Collett of course, just to clarify in the beginning he wasn’t, he was a maiar of aule the Smith meaning his skills were originally around craftsmanship or shaping the world which people usually refer to as (reality warping) but he wasn’t the mightiest(most powerful) he was among the mightiest suggesting he was somewhere in the top ten, when he joined Morgoth he was either taught/given all the powers of the other maiar due to that Morgoth as all the powers of the other valar and each Maiar’s power are intertwined by the valar, so by this logic Sauron has all the other maiar’s powers/abilities making him the mightiest of them all, however he wasn’t necessarily a master at them as the other maiar were as they have had more experience/practice with their abilities meaning he had to learn how to use them from scratch(once he did after Morgoth’s defeat into the void then he was considered to powerful to fight directly in middle earth or is to would destroy it all) this however didn’t mean he was the best fighter if he encountered eowen the best fighter in Tolkien’s universe who was also a maiar Sauron hasn’t been trained or learned how to fight from Morgoth meaning Sauron would likely lose a fight in hand to hand combat to eowen but Sauron would have the power advantage over him, so in a caparison like in Star Wars Sauron would be a master at using the force and eowen would be the master of a lightsaber in either case they outclass the other in each category, that isn’t to say Sauron isn’t a bad fighter, he does lose more in hand to hand combat in the books simply because the circumstances were unfair and against him from the get go had it been fair in every in counter he wouldn’t have lost, so Sauron in a battle of power was the most powerful maiar, But let’s just point one last thing out, there is a rule in Tolkien’s universe where if you are against Eru/God a valar or maiar’s power would not be replenished by big G, so to put into a perspective it’s like having a phone and you need to charge it in order to use but your have no access to electricity via an outlet at all so that means the power of morgoth and Sauron are limited and must be regained by stealing energy over time but this cannot be done if they are to be cast in the void which will prevent them from getting stronger, so Sauron made the one ring to be his anchor into this universe so that he may continue to steal all the power he needs over time, so if you wonder why they need armies here is you answer, for even if they had the power necessary to destroy army or in fact an entire continent then it would deplete a portion if not all of their power, you could say it’s a last resort, but then again they need followers to continue their work while regaining their power Sauron in TLOTR could do so much and he wasn’t at his prime yet was still a threat, had he been at full power then the fellowship would have lost, hell even in the beginning of the first movie the army of men and elves came to fight him because Eru destroyed his physical form weakening Sauron so much that the men an elves had just the slight chance of beating him. Again had Sauron been at his strongest then no hobbit, dwarfs, men, elves or Maiar could stop him, maybe the valar could stop him but then again that would destroy where ever they were fight being middle earth so they wouldn’t even try to fight him.
