The XST01 is the best. I've got nine impacts: Milwaukee, XGT, 12V CXT, DeWalt, Triple Hammer. And I'm always reaching for this oil-impact with a 2Ah battery. Some Milwaukee Surge owners told me not to let these oil impacts get too hot by wailing on a stubborn lag bolt. Step up to a standard impact because heat will ruin it. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this. I've worked in confined spaces and the noise from standard impact will drive you insane. Power isn't everything.

I’ve had this impact for well over 4 years and although over time it gets a little louder because it’s needs maintenance, it still doesn’t get anywhere near as loud as a regular impact driver! Highly recommend this impact, when you’re in cabinets or confined spaces you’re really grateful for how quiet it is and its got plenty enough power

Nice! I've never owned one, but this has me thinking. I can really see a benefit with the low noise and ease of operation. As @kenb6144 already said, power isn't everything and workflow comfort, especially in confined spaces, is key to a good work product/project. I do wish they would update it. Made in Japan!
