The Translation of the Holy House of Loreto has been confirmed by historical, documentary and archaeological evidence, miracles and ecclesiastical authority. I live near Loreto and I go there a lot of times. In that building I received a delivery from the devil (I participated in a maleficium when I was 10 and since then my life went in abyssum). I'm recovering, pray for me. God bless you. Ciao.

I have been there about 2 or 3 times, I love the place. I was reading the story of how that part of the house was moved and I smelled roses !

I agree. I too did not know. Saw this in Consecretion to St. Joseph book by Fr. Don Calloway. Our church never told us about this.

Worse than that, the Vatican now accepts the ridiculous modern theory of transport by ship of the house of Loreto. Not only is this current theory resting on very little proof it flies (pun intended) in the face of all the historical, ecclesiastical and miraculous history we have over the centuries testifying to the authenticity of the miraculous transport. Like so many other miracles of the Church, those of us brought up in the "spirit of Vatican II" Church never learned of these things because many Catholics wanted to fit in to the modern world of scientism and agnosticism.

Holy House was in CROATIA 3 years and she came from Nazareth and was brought by Angels..She miraculously 10.05.1291. appeared on a small Hill in city Rijeka locality Trsat.There is later build church and sanctuary in honor of the Mother of God.The Church was built on that spot made from Nikola Frankopan.... Croatian prince.Legend say the Angels moved the Church to Loreto.The Croats were very sorry.

Recall that Mary is the Ark of the New Covenant. We know from the old testament that the Ark stayed at the Holiest of Holy. So, in essence, God moved and preserved His earthly Holiest of Holy to Loreta, Italy.

I inherited a golden medal from my grandmother. And I was surprised by the Madonna. I now know it is the Madonna of Loreto. But I still don't understand the significance of the Mantle enclosing both Our Blessed Lady and The Blessed Infant. Can anyone explain the statue? I do wear my medal all the time but would really appreciate the meaning of the image. Thank you.

The real, or perceived stresses of the real world/real life, can sometimes compel certain people, to attempt to "escape" into fictions worlds, for a few minutes or few hours of pleasure (e.g: novels, comic books, TV Shows, movies, video games, music, plays, etc). Now, to be fair, and to be clear, there is nothing wrong with having a hobby, related to entertainment (provided it is not sinful/immoral). However, one of the serious problems, which can emerge, from an excessive or unhealthy fixation, on forms of entertainment, can occur when people try to take unrealistic, unpractical/impractical magical fantasy, and science fiction, and then try to somehow turn them into some sort of equally unpractical/impractical "reality," and often just for their own personal amusement. In real life, some people have tried to practice actual "magic spells" from fictional stories, like the "Harry Potter" series, while others tried to make "Jedi" principles from "Star Wars," into an actual religion in the real world. Yes: these things actually did happen in real life; go look them up.

Did St. Joseph make this house? It looks like it was put together from scraps that didn't fit elsewhere, that no one would want anyway; as if they were found in the refuse pile. Maybe there is a message of love and hope here.

Correction: we cannot resist popes and the papacy as such, but must for the recent fraud popes. The ark of salvation cannot mislead; sedevacantism is the only way to stay true to the papacy.
