The Home of Tillie and Julius Miller Then and Now 

Thanks to the research of Lincoln, Nebraska Ed Zimmer and his staff we are slowly finding out some of the locations depicted in my 280 piece glass negative collection taken by African American photographer John Johnson from 1910 to 1925. In this "then and now" video I took the original photo and lined it up with the home in 2015. Here Johnson shows that with proper composition and staging, even the most humble home and modest circumstances can be portrayed with elegance and dignity.
